This card was easy to install. The directions were ok, but a bit sketchy. There are pictures to help guide you. One thing I would suggest, is to connect the included Bluetooth cable to the wireless card BEFORE you insert the card into your pc. It is much easier! They really don’t tell you that after you run the cd, to locate the Bluetooth application, either 34 or 64, depending on which Windows version has been installed on your pc, click on the appropriate version and when the new window appears, click on install and follow the directions. I did have to do a driver update after rebooting my pc. After the driver update, I ran a speed test on my iPad. The speed was improved! Also, my internet seemed faster on my pc, using my wifi internet from my iPad in the other room. Apparently the signal was stronger. The box included the wifi card, the bluetooth cable, two antennas, an extra plate, a small Philips screwdriver, plus a card asking you for a review of the product. I received my order quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience in ordering it, how easy it was to install and how it performs. I would recommend this product and the seller.

The product is easy to install, for those complaining about bluetooth functionality, make sure to plug in your usb cable that comes with it into the corresponding port on the motherboard and device. It gets full signal of my 5G router through two walls, where my previous usb dual band adapter only had partial signal. Also my previous adapter would drop the signal every so often, this one is going strong. Plug and Play in Windows 10 as well! For those of you with maybe a slim form factor pc it comes with a second IO shield for a smaller case as well! As for the Bluetooth functionality, I use it for my wireless studio headphones and the quality is just as good as if I used the optional cable for them. 10/10 I would purchase again for friends/family.

Had an emergency need for wifi card in a desktop computer that was a present. Same-day shipping, this card shows up with a great price. Installation took seconds. Plug card in, plug bluetooth cable into USB header, screw on antenna. Computer booted and recognized wifi and bluetooth instantly. Connected a mouse without issues. Wifi has full bars and downloaded games at a good speed. Recommended!

I've been very pleased with the performance so far! Compared to my previous network card (TPlink T6E), I've seen an improvements in both speed and reliability (this may be due to the very outdated drivers for the T6E). The Bluetooth is a nice addition, I just wish it came with a longer cable so that I could chose a USB a different header. Other than that minor grip, it's an excellent card for the price.

Cheap, easy setup. Bluetooth can be dodgy and is weaker than a cell phone, but it gets the job done. I also get significant latency ~0.75 seconds which doesn't matter for most things but you'll notice it watching videos, playing video games, etc.

Overall a great product no bad things to say about it only good things. Extremely easy to set up and install and works as expected especially on high speed internet connections, it’s a perfect alternative for people who don’t want to take up too many USB spaces with bulky wifi/Bluetooth USB sticks especially considering it comes with the Bluetooth built in on one little card, as for the seller the customer service was great overall and my package arrived a day early and I am very happy with my experience, thank you. I decided to take a chance on this card and install it in my desktop (Asus, i7 4770, 16GB Ram, Geforce GTX 1060, Samsung 850 1 TB SSD) to operate in my new "smart" home, which has no ethernet jacks and is completely wireless, using a Ruckus, Mesh Wi-Fi system. I have a comcast/xfinity gigabit internet plan, but never connected directly to the gateway to clock the speed. (However, my wife gets only about 150 Mbps down, and 42 up on her Acer laptop. All our other wireless devices, like Alexa Show and Roku are completely stable though). The install is pretty basic and easy, but there was one little issue. Plugging in the bluetooth cable to the card is delicate work. It's a tiny plug and the slot for it on the card is pretty fragile. My wife has steadier hands so I had her do this part. (Also, you have to have the available USB port on your motherboard.) Nothing came up on startup, so Windows 10 did not recognize it on my computer, however, a software CD is included and the drivers are on there. I selected for 64 bit install, however it installed 32 bit anyway. I decided to go with it, and sure enough the card was instantly recognized. Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth appeared in the device manager and I checked through the properties tab to see that everything was selected ok. It says it was on the 5 GHz band, and I ran an xfinity speed test and got 60 Mbps down. It was enough to play some WoW normally, the load times were just a bit longer, but everyday internet stuff was fine. So far it has been completely stable, with no service drops or breaks. I never messed around with the bluetooth, because I had no use for it, but it did come up in the device manager so I have no reason to doubt it's ok. Just to check, I switched it to the 2.4Ghz band and re-checked my Wi-Fi speed and got 52Mbps, then switched it back to 5Ghz. I wish I could get faster speeds, but this definitely does the trick until I can run some Cat 6A and drop a hard line. I DO regret getting this card, because it died and speeds are not as advertised. UPDATE: The card lasted 4 months only and died. It can barely get 4 Mbs on the 2.4 and doesn't connect at all on the 5Ghz. The 5Ghz bandwidth is 250 Mbps at the computer's location, but 50-60 is the highest it ever went. I went to a lot of trouble to isolate the issue. It is without a doubt, a faulty card. If you chose to get it anyway, be sure to set the preferred band to 5Ghz in the Configure/Preferences settings if you want decent speed...for as long as it lasts. BTW - Intel 9260 Chipset.
