Since taking it my blood levels of Vitamin D have normalized. My doctor says continue - a bit pricey but most Source Naturals products are. Will only buy as long as it's available through subscribe & save, otherwise will have to look for a more economical brand.

I've been using this for years and it's done the job. I did read in one of the reviews that it now contains corn, so I called the company. The rep was excellent and efficient and told me that only the capsule and tablet form contain corn, not the liquid or softgels. So I've switched to softgels and am glad to stay with this product and also glad the reviewer mentioned the corn!

This product works , I started using it in 2015 when the Dr. told me my vitamin D level was low . What really irritates me is that a barcode sticker is always placed over the expiration date ! I want my products fresh and it’s almost impossible to peel it up without peeling up the date with it .
