Great design and performance!
I really love this pad. My cathartic moment for ordering it came a few weeks ago when, after participating in our weekly running club after work, I realized I was embarrassingly wet. I had to visit the restroom and try (with not much success) to dry off, then sit down and not move until I was a little drier. I have gotten to where I just can't control leaks on runs longer than two miles. I'm 54, have had a few kids...little indiscretions have been a part of my running life for a long time, but they have recently gotten worse. SO--I tried these on a Saturday morning run after two cups of coffee, and they worked extremely well. All pads will work somewhat, but what these have going for them is the tapered shape: narrow in back, wider at front, which results in greater comfort and way less bulkiness. I am always self-conscious about being able to see pads when wearing running tights...and these are invisible. I ran, I leaked a little, and these kept me completely dry. The design is way ahead of other pads, like Poise, that simply don't address athletic needs. Frankly, that surprises me...but I'm happy to have found these and don't mind paying a few extra bucks for the confidence and the performance. Very pleased.

Don't waste your $
Had really good expectations for these. Finally!! A thong liner for stress leaks! First off, these things are H U G E. They are the biggest thong liners you will ever see. They hung out all over the place. Second, they are thick. Like a DIAPER. And that is exactly what they feel like. Like the old maxi pads of yore. I put this on before my work out, wore it for 5 minutes and took it off because it was so uncomfortably big. And NOTICEABLE. Lastly, there isn't enough stick to them. One strip down the middle. That's it. Nothing to attach around the thong like others have. I will go back to taking a Poise liner and wrapping it around my thong. Works better and isn't noticeable and stays in place.

Hard to concentrate on working out when it's creeping up in orifices it shouldn't be.
Not really a fan of these. They don't always stick and the shape is rather not comfortable. It's shaped so it goes up your crack. Sorry to be crude but hey, everyone has a right to know ;) I mean, it sort of does it's job but it's not something I would spend this kind of money on again. I think they need to make it shaped like a regular maxi pad or something with more stick.

Excellent customer service
This product did not meet my needs, but the customer service was excellent. The pad is well designed, but smaller than what I was expecting. It is suitable for someone who has lighter leaks. For lighter days it is a good pad. I do think the pad design works well under athletic wear. When the company found out I was unhappy with the product (which I originally reviewed in October 2016) the CEO contacted me to find out the exact nature of my dissatisfaction. I appreciate her taking the time to find out why I was unhappy with the pads.

Wonderful!
These are great pads. I, like many other Moms, suffer from exercise induced leakage and I hate it. These pads fit well, stay in place, absorb a lot, and best of all, are invisible under tight fitting compression pants and yoga pants! Seriously, no one will know you're wearing it! I can jump, jog, and do high intensity cardio classes without having to worry about anyone knowing I'm leaking. Thank you!!

Nope. :(
As a mid-40’s crossfitter who has squeezed out 3 kids, I was excited to try these (as excited as one can be about such things). First try....ended up with basically a big ball of cotton in places I did want it. I went from “cool, no one will see this” to “yeah, I’m pretty sure everyone can see that I’ve got a huge wad of something in my pants”. I could barely do the WOD because I was too busy trying to shimmy this thing OUT of my girlie parts...UGH.But...I’m all for 2nd chances so next day I decided to place it a little differently....and I put a lot of thought into it because HEY these suckers aren’t cheap and if it’s working for some people, I must be doing it wrong. This is when I noticed that there is A) not enough sticky and B) the sticky needs to be stickier! It’s a damp area down there during workouts and that’s BEFORE this little guy has a job to do. So...Take 2. Deja vu. More sorrow. More wadding. More of this thing going into places it was not invited. More feelings of wasted money. 8*(Bottom line: these suckers made the Poise pads I’ve been using seem AMAZING. So...there’s that.

Nice product.
It's a great product. Regular menstruation pads wasn't absorbing urine and they aren't designed to. If I leaked a little urine during workouts/runs/jumprope it would work great. Sometimes I lose control of my entire bladder. It can't hold that much. This pad is more of a T shape with the narrow part going up your butt. It's a weird feeling... and it can work around where the sticky part underside irritates my butt. If it was a little more wider, it could hold more urine... It's still a great product and you can't even tell anyone is wearing this. When I run with it - it's comfortable.
