Super bright and works well for traffic control.

Outstanding light for getting noticed at night. I use it to direct traffic on film sets. Sometimes there are several hundred cars entering or leaving a parking area and this light along with the separate Nightstick 1260-YCONE Safety Cone attached to it cannot be missed or mistaken in the dark, I just point it in the direction I want drivers to go and they follow without hesitation. Its better than using a red or orange light wand because they all seem to come in those two colors that match the rear lights on most cars but this light with the Nightstick 1260-YCONE really stands out and cannot be missed as it lights up in almost a fluorescent green looking non blinding solid color. Its only 150 lumens so battery life is very good with 4 AA batteries. I keep 4 extra AA's in my pocket incase it goes off. Its very light weight too for putting it in your back pocket or else it comes with a rubber thing slipped onto it that has a loop to connect a lanyard to wear it around your neck. I love this light. Sometimes I have to get the attention of trucks navigating a parking area they're unfamiliar with and they can see me waving it 3 football fields lengths away. A must have for anyone that directs traffic at night.

Good quality and bright

Didn't think I would find another identical nightstick after purchasing one over 8 years ago. This flashlight has held up under the most toughest circumstances and is very handy. 5 stars!

The ad states batteries are not included but mine came with 4 energizer batteries. This thing is bright! This thing is light! They don’t advertise it but it comes with a neat magnetic holder. I use the magnet on my motorcycle and it is strong enough to ride around with it attached to my gas tank area. The magnet makes it convenient to stop and jump off the bike and detach the light from the bike and immediately start moving traffic. Also I can let the light hang on the side of my bike like an additional hazard light. Great purchase.

I love these lights. I carry it a a backup light and a lightweight traffic light. I only wish they made one from light weight aluminum. Takes standard AA batteries and they last a long time so perfect to set in the bag unused for awhile. This is my second one. Unfortunately someone liked my first one more then me.
