TEN-HIGH Laser Engraving Cutting Machine Laser Cutter 400x300mm 60W CO2 Laser Engraver with USB Port,Classic Grey Version.

Firstly communication with the seller is excellent. Laser arrived by DHL air freight two weeks after ordering.Documentation is poor. Anyone buying this laser will need to search out info from the internet. There are some videos by TEN-HIGH on the net which are much better than those on the included DVD. Construction is robust and the laser includes basic saftey interlocks most notably the laser power supply is disabled if the main hatch is opened. I am a little concerned that the Perspex window in the hatch is relatively thin and not 6mm as I would have expected. The bed raising system works well but there are two issues:- 1) When cutting thin material it is necessary to place raising block under the bed. 2) The bed can get jammed under the right hand side gold gantry support. Both bed issues are easily fixable.The laser uses the M2 Nano controller. I choose not to use the included CorelLaser software and downloaded the excellent K40 Whisperer control software. With this I have had no problems obtaining high cutting/engraving speeds. I had though I would need to upgrade the controller but, thus far, I have encountered no limitations.I have not found the need to realign the optics and have been surprised by how little power is required to cut various thin materials (Cardboard, 1mm hardwood).I would recommend "TEN-HIGH Laser Engraving Cutting Machine 300x400mm 40W CO2 Laser Engraver with USB port" but due plenty of research on the net before ordering.

On the 2 February 2019 my Ten-High 40w Grey laser Engraving Cutting Machine 300x400mm 40W CO2 Laser arrived.Having never seen one of these machines let alone owned one I was a little taken aback at the size of it,anyway I unboxed it then started my journey on the road to discovery.I had to learn about all the software involved in making use of the machine and about the machine itself "as I said I had never seen one before mine arrived in February"This was going to be my new hobby.Having since February learned one hell of a lot about laser machines and their uses and now knowing enough to make comparisons I can say that this machine is fantastic along with the after sales service which is second to none.The quality of the items this machine puts out is tremendous (see attached images) Mel Gibson on Ceramic tile,Pink Rose on Ceramic tile,Crows Head on Plywood,Spitfire on Acrylic,House nameplate on Slate & Owl on lit Acrylic these show what can be achieved on this Machine.I have engraved on ceramic tiles,wood.Glass,glass mirrors,acrylic,acrylic mirrors and slate all without a problem.It cuts 4mm acrylic like butter.I cannot recommend this machine highly enough for hobbyist's & small businesses alike.For the money this is a brilliant machine.

I've had this machine for 8 months now and feel this is a reasonable testing period to leave an accurate review. The quality of the machine is brilliant. I had initially been looking at other Chinese k40 lasers but there seemed to be only negative reviews and pages of info about upgrades that were needed. This machine is ready to use out of the box and didn't take long to set up with some customer support. The build quality is really good and I'm getting very good results for engraving and cutting. I have had a few technical issues however Eva from the customer support has been wonderful and very helpful. There are delays in responding to email because of the UK/china time difference but they are very quick to help considering this. I would recommend Ten-high and I will happily purchase things I need from them again.

Great machine but a bit expensive. It came very well packaged and well within the delivery time. Great company to deal with, the machine did take some setting up but it works well, very pleased with it and it works well.
