When I tell you this is TOP NOTCH, I am not exaggerating! I've connected this to various devices to use for business calls, as I work from home. The sound quality is great. The noise cancellation feature is amazing. In fact, if the mic is not directly in front of my mouth, you can't hear me speak. I absolutely LOVE this feature. The battery lasts all day, and I work 10 - 12 hour days. I am more than pleased and already plan to he brand loyal.

Quality product.
Noise cancellation is the best I’ve ever experienced. Sound quality well above average in the same price range. Battery life is substantial. Only complaint I have is with the ear foam. It came off after a few uses and would not stay on the earpiece after. Used some self adhering tape to hold it in place and have had no problems since. Won’t reduce my stars for flimsy foam I knew about before I made the purchase.

Good for refurbished.
Pretty good for refurbished. Rarely blanks out during conversations. The only thing I really don't like about it is when it has low battery. This horribly loud noise comes from the headset. But its a fraction of the price. Can't complain too much.On the plus side and can have the window down going 65 and still have a conversation. All in all, I would still buy it again.

Bought a refurb and it performed poorly, returned and replaced with new and it's excellent, good device, not sure of the refurb process...

Never buy anything used from Amazon
I understood that this was a used item that I purchased but it was still pretty close to full retail value and it came with none of the accessories but just in charging cable. There were a lot of things missing and by looking at the product I can tell that it’s had a lot of use and I’m not expecting this to last for not even a year. So I’ll be back at it again probably a year from now buying another headset don’t waste your money folks just go with a brand new one
