Easy to use, easy to clean
I just got this mop-bucket combination about an hour ago, already mopped all my floors and they dried in no time. I live in the country and have two dogs so it’s been crazy trying to keep up with cleaning my hardwood floors. I just used water, nothing else. Love the ease of the bucket to wring out the mop. I’ve used microfiber mops before and often felt like I was pushing dirt around and was constantly wringing out the pad. Nothing cleaned like this so quickly and easily. Love it!

Squeaky Clean Floors
Bought this for my wife, as she had been eyeballing it for several weeks. Now let me tell you, my wife is meticulous when it comes to cleaning floors, and she generally goes over them 3 times with a standard Mr Clean sponge headed mop...the kind that has the 2 rollers to wring it out. So anyway, I'm all about reading reviews and doing research before investing any money in new products I don't know to be tried and true. This one had numerous positive reviews and they weren't about things unrelated to the items performance which you sadly, often find. So the item arrives and she quickly unboxes it...this thing fits compactly in a box not much taller than 18", and has minimal packaging to dispose of...I digress. The mop comes in 3 pieces that interlock and feel surprisingly sturdy once assembled. The head of the mop has a microfiber pad and it swivels and pivots very smoothly to make maneuverability a breeze. The mop bin has 2 compartments, one for the mop water and one that you wring it out in. Simply stand the mop upright and put one of the side edges into the bucket, and down it goes "vertically" into the cleaning solution. Pull it out and mop away. Ring it out in the other side of the bin the same way! The bin is compact and lightweight, even when full of water, which is nice because it does not have wheels, so if wheels are a must, this mop wouldn't be for you, but trust me, you won't miss em. When it's time to drain the water, there are opposing drain knobs on each side of the bucket to empty the compartments! When you're all said and done, the lid snaps off quite easily to allow the bucket to dry out, cause who wants mildew? Then just put the item in a small corner of your broom closet or wherever you typically keep your mop. It will take up less space that whatever you were previously using. All in all, this appears to be a great purchase and I would recommend this to others!

Mopping is never convenient. But this product makes it, at least, not more inconvenient.
As the title says, mopping is not - ever - convenient. At best, it's a bit messy, and takes some elbow grease. So if you're accustomed to going months without mopping, this won't make the process any more effective. But if you've got a small area, or you're okay with mopping a small area at a time, this is pretty efficient. No need to wring out a mophead - just slide this into a slot and pull out, and a squeegee scrapes off excess water. My only real complaint about this product - other than that it fails to make mopping a magically mindblowing experience - is that if you're planning on doing more than one small hard floor, you need to dump and refill. It's just not big enough for more than one teeny section at a time. If the base were just a little larger, it would be more useful. But, then, it wouldn't be quite so delightfully compact. If your hardwood or linoleum or tile floor is filthy because you've been putting off mopping for the last 12 to 18 months, you're gonna have to get down on your knees and scrub - there's just not any alternative that doesn't involve either construction or caustic chemicals and a filtration mask. But as far as standard dirt and grime goes, this thing gets the job done. And the carpet thing seems like it's more durable than a sponge, so there's that. And it's small enough that it doesn't need its own corner in a closet; you can toss it - bucket, mop, and all - on top of that old box of junk in the corner.

Best bucket design ever
We have 3 indoor dogs, including a 185lb English Mastiff (the drool king of the world), so let's just say I mop... a lot. We have floating vinyl plank flooring as well as tile. With the plank flooring, they recommend not getting the flooring very wet because eventually, standing water will get under the planks to the underflooring and yadda yadda. This prohibits the use of a lot of mops simply because most of them hold too much water. This flat mop and bucket are awesome. The bucket is divided into 2 sides so that your dirty water is sort of held separate from the clean (someone really had a genius moment here). The lid of the bucket has 2 slots, one the goes easily into the clean water side to wet the mop, then the other side is tight with some resistance so that when you push the mop head into there, it squeezes out the water which goes back into the wet side of the bucket, while it removes the top layer of dirt from the mop pad which stays in the dry (dirty) side of the bucket. Not having to keep going over the floor with a dirty mop head is so fantastic. You can push the mop into the drying side a couple of times to get it as dry as you want. With one push, it's still fairly wet, but not so wet that it drips. With 2 pushes, it's noticeably less wet, and so on.The other thing I love about this design is that there are plugs in the bottom of the bucket so you can just let the water out. I thought it was kind of weird because the bucket isn't really all that big, but it's a nice touch nonetheless. As for the mop itself, the handle in 4 separate pieces that screw together. They state in the directions that you can leave any section of the handle out if you wish, allowing you to adjust the length of the stick. I'm 5'10. so I used all of the sections and the mop is a decent height for me. No stooping over, killing my back with this mop! What else can I say? I'm super happy with this purchase and will probably be buying a couple more for the family in the near future.
