Great for the price, lacks customization options
I'm active duty, so I was expecting something similar to gear I use in the field. I got something both better and worse.Pros: Very strong and durable. I was impressed at the durability given the price. The pouches won't ever come off and get lost; the one interchangeable item on the vest has security belts that won't let it fall off. The mag pouches hold two M4 magazines comfortably. Fully loaded, I can carry up to 12 magazines when removing the pistol holster. I love the additional small pouches on the belt for smaller items such as additional pistol mags or glow sticks.Cons: The vest has no MOLLE mounts for customization or additional gear. Most of the pouches are sewn on (which is why they won't ever come off). The pistol holster is great, but a little on the small side. The vest is slightly on the heavy side and bending is a little touch (Vis-à-vis the durability)Overall, great for the price. I really like it, but wish I could customize it a little more with MOLLE mounts.

Good quality materials, good stitching and excellent adjustability for sizing!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I ordered this vest as a gift for my son. He loves to go shooting and he shoots various pistols and military rifles. This tactical vest is nice to go to the outdoor range with and carry your pistol, magazines for the pistol, and magazines for your AR15 for example. A lot of other pouches are available for other purposes.I found the vest to be extremely well made with good materials and with good craftsmanship. The stitching is nicely done and I could find no loose threads or bad areas in the assembly or construction. Several reviewers state that the vest has an odor but I could find no issues like that at all with the one that I received. I was impressed with the vest.It comes with a military belt for the bottom and the belt has two additional pistol magazine holders on it. There is also a pistol holster on the vest and it easily holds a SIG SAUER Legion P226 or a Glock 19. I won't go into all of the details of the vest as there are many good reviews already done for this product.I found the vest to be of high quality, made well of good materials and I would recommend it. My son is 6 foot 2 inches tall at 175 pounds and the vest fit him perfectly. I am 6 foot 2 inches tall at 250 pounds and it could be adjusted to comfortably fit me. I was shocked at the flexibility of the sizing for the vest. I rated it at 5 stars and would purchase another one without any concerns for the quality based upon what I have seen.By the way, he took it home and laid it onto the bed. When he came back into the room his wife had found it, loaded up her AR magazines, her SIG Sauer P226, her shotgun shells, her pistol magazines and her carry field knife. He said that with her armored up he was afraid to tell her that it was a gift for him. I guess I will have to buy another one for him to keep the peace in the family! This is a good product and I recommend it to you. For the price, this vest has a lot of features and storage space. The quality is also very good and I had no issues with the vest at all.

Well built and fits big and tall!
Well built and very adjustable. I’m 6’2” and 275 and it fits well. I normally wear 2xl or 2xlt. I also bought a left handed drop leg holster to go with it. Took about 10-15 min. of getting all the Velcro and snaps located to fit....but fits nice when done. Has an abundance of magazine pouches and provisions for a bladder or other equipment. Left front has a Velcro “field” that comes with a handgun holster attached. Since I’m a south paw, I removed the holster and added the drop one.

Best vest out there
Forget Blackhawk and all those other expensive vests...this is the one you need. Plenty of compartments to carry a lot of stuff. The best feature I like is the optional double magazine pouch. I am left-handed but I shoot a long gun right-handed. So, I need the right-handed vest which makes the holster on the "wrong" side. No problem with this vest. Just take off the holster and put on the optional pouch and now I have 6 pouches to carry 12 Magpul Gen2 magazines. I bought a UTG left-handed leg holster for my Springfield XDM 9mm. This vest is of very good quality. You can never go wrong buying UTG/Leapers. I have several of their products and love every one of them. This is a high quality vest for a very good price. Don't settle for the cheaper ones....and don't spend your hard earned money on the expensive ones. This is the vest you need. You won't be sorry.

One size fits almost no-one.
Never trust any ad with zero sizing information. I have a 44 chest and a 40-42 across the belly. Size 38-40 pants. Certainly not svelt but makes it hard to shop when advertisers cannot be bothered with actual fit range. This does not come close to fitting me shirtless let alone with layers as might be needed. The velcro on the holster is cheap and there are no additional loop supports for retention. I would not trust this rig to hold my handgun walking around my house let alone in CQB. Can't give it a real review though because the POS doesn't fit. Had the advertiser POSTED the actual size ranges I might have saved $60.

Not bad, not for me
good for big guys and and starters and i’m not either so i need to shop more carefully.cons: shotgun shells don’t fit which i really wanted, and the rest for the stock seems very lazily put together and has a random dense foam tube in the middle that makes it hardwe to hold the rifle, with a laser on my side arm it doesn’t fit in the holster well hich is expected, there are no side arm pouches or that at least fit, and there was only one size and for a little guy like me it’s a bit big so i wouldn’t say it’s bad but it has just enough flaws for it to be almost unusable but if they made it so you could take off everything instead of being stuck with some unwanted parts and belt, that would be great. (and the cheap plastic makes it feel very fragilePros: it comes in nice camo colors, for the price and what you get it’s a great starter!i will probably refund this sadly, i was looking forward to using this

Four Stars
Nice beginners vest, gives me the tactical pouches that i need at a decent price.only downside it the side arm pocket is stitched at the muzzle, this prevent accessories on the sidearm. Also the radio pocket fits my bao feng radio but does no leave room for cables or antenna

Not worth buying
Cheaply-made, not worth buying in my opinion. The holster is poorly fitted for a normal-sized pistol, with no thumb-break to draw with one hand. The method of securing the holster to the vest is also poorly-designed. The entire vest reeks of vinyl and plastic. The stitching is uneven and sloppy in many areas of the vest. It would have been so much better if it used MOLLE attachments for the holster, rifle mag pouches and other accessories, but that would mean it would actually approach being a quality item and be more expensive. Go with Blue Force Gear, their stuff (some of which I also own) works and is well-designed/well-made. It also doesn't smell like a Chinese plastic factory.

Great vest
Great vest for the price, I like how if you don't have a pistol you can take off the pistol holder and replace it with a spare two magazine pouches. this is great especially in Canada where were limited to five rounds and capacity for semi autos (ten for me because I have LAR-15 mags for my AR). Personally I do have a pistol so I took the pistol offthe main vest spot and put the pistol on the belt of the vest, it kind of points in towards my thigh so maybe I rather just buy a seperate holster for my pistol then..
