WarmlyYours 9-Bar Riviera Towel Warmer, Hardwired, Polished Stainless Steel

Took a bit of time to do the necessary electrical wiring and since one side of the connectors is required to be attached to studs it would not work centering it on the wall we had designated so I had to use two boards that were 1 inch thick by 4 inch wide by about 3 feet long to attach to the wall and then attach the towel warmer to the boards. The towel warmer gets plenty hot and does a nice job warming the towels... makes my wife happy so I guess it is working as designed.

This has worked as advertised. Matches the finish perfectly of a much higher end brand that we have for the other finishes. this WILL burn you to the touch so be careful on placement.

I don't know about the difficulty of installation, my husband did not complain about it, but we were also renovating the bathroom (bigger fish to fry than the towel rack). I'm not sure that I'd buy this as a gift?? Ha?! Anyway, it's great to have, and it looks great! I'd recommend it, definitely.

This towel warmer works fine, but installing it is tricky. Not least because the measurements given in the instructions are incorrect by about .5". Best to install the electrical box first then attach the mounting feet and hold the warmer up to the wall and have someone mark the locations. Even then it's hard to mount because the legs are not square to the warmer. It's frustrating.

We love this WarmlyYours Towel Warmer. We had to turn it upside down in order to accommodate the existing wiring system. Warmly Yours customer service were very nice answering our questions. We are very happy with it and hope it will last as long as our previous towel warmer 28 years!

It's a little hard to warm more than one towel as they drape over each other. The rungs get hot!

I was excited at the concept of warm towels after my shower. What I get are luke warm towels at best. Other reviews indicate towels being scorched. They must run the warmer constantly. Even after warming up for an hour the towels are mildly warm in places. It is attractive and can hold 3 bath towels easily but if you want warm towels this isn't the answer.

I wish we put 2 Of these in our master bath. It holds 2 towels. However the second towel is only heated for about 1/3 of the way. I did touch it once and it was “hot” but it didn’t burn me. Great product.
