Great little workhorse.
This purchase was to replace one of the same model that sadly died after 18 months heavy workload .It is the ideal size for my requirements, although I think the manufacturer's estimate for portion quantity is a little high . The grill will take four large rashers of back bacon with ease . I have to confess to using the grill for semi commercial purposes , it is used five days a week , grilling up to fifty rashers a day and is left on constantly for five hours at a time.The only problem I had with the previous grill was that some of the non stick coating wore off , but this may have been due to over enthusiastic cleaning .The cable is not really long enough either .Excellent value and if you are only going to use it domestically it should last for years. Buyers should be aware that it does emit quite a lot of steam and odours whilst cooking , so place it near your cooker extractor hood .

Superb large scale grill
We have long used the George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill however we wanted a grill to use indoors which would offer enough space for us, our sons, their partners and children.Our experience with this grill has been very good. It cooks just as well as smaller GF grills, the heat across the grill pan is uniform so everything cooks at the same speed. Certainly it cooks much quicker than our indoor/outdoor grill due to the lid being heated as well as the base grill.The fat flows away well and the grill is easily cleaned.There is only one problem and that is the sheer size of the product, when opening the lid it is higher than the standard space between a kitchen work-top and wall hung cupboards. We have to put the grill onto the built-in electric hob to use it since we have more headroom above the cooker. However this does allow us to use the cooker hood to reduce smells and fumes.Would I recommend it....certainly, however if you need to use it sited on a kitchen worktop with cupboards over then go for the slightly smaller one perhaps the 7 portion.

This is an excellent size for a family. It is large so make sure you have the room to accommodate it. Everything has cooked lovely on it, would probably have been better with a timer but you can always buy a stand alone one. Not sure if a temperature control would have been useful as all food is cooked quickly and you soon get used to the timings. The amount of fat that drips into the tray will amaze you. Very easy to clean. The one think that is a disappointment is the length of cable, why oh why have they made is so short. The price was a bonus.

Great grill!
We bought this grill hoping that it will be easier for us to make healthier food, and it really is.It heats up pretty easy, the cooking time is good(about 8-10 min, depending on what you put and of course on your liking)It has no timer or possibility to set the temperature but you get used to the time needed for every type of food, so you don't really need these.The fat drains very well into the dip tray, no spilling.The plates are truly non stick. We've made all sorts of vegetables and meat and they don't stick.It cleans easily. We never had to use the included "cleaning fork", we just wipe it with a wet sponge while still warm.It is indeed quite big, so you need to have enough space to put it, but it gives you the possibility to make one meal for two in one round. It's not quite 10 portion size though, more like 8.We definitely recommend this.

Disappointing.
Was hoping for much more from this. Yes, the price is keen and the unit is a decent size but the performance left some to be desired. And it was a pain to clean thoroughly!

Hi to you allSince my grown up children moved back my small single person George Forman just wasn't suitable for a full house, so I checked the net for a larger one within my small budget.Amazon trumped all others again. This is a perfect size at a very reasonable cost.At first I was worried that the lid connection was a little flimsy for the size of the Grill but realise that for the price I paid care will be needed when using, so would not advise for use by teenagers who tend to treat things quite roughly.Thanks again Amazon.

Not really happy!
George Foreman 14532 Entertaining Grill - Black, 10 PortionI have previously had 2 other George Forman grills which I considered superb. However with this one I find the following.1. It has no timer. (which I knew prior to purchase)2. More seriously, it is not really "non-stick". From the fist time I used it the meat etc. has stuck to the grills.3. there is no control over the heat; it cannot be adjusted. (which I also knew prior to purchase)4. The "10 Portion" claim is too generous, unless they are VERY small portions; 5 Portion would be more accurate.I would much rather have spent more on an appliance which didn't have the above faults, especially the "non-stick" non-stickability!George Foreman 14532 Entertaining Grill - Black, 10 Portion

Grill super, leider kein deutscher Stecker
Habe den Grill für meine Eltern bestellt, die vor Jahren bereits einen George Foreman Grill über einen Telesender hatten.Also, die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und der Grill kam gut verpackt und heil an. Bis dahin also alles super, nun das ABER; der Grill kam mit einem ausländischen Stecker. Leider stand diese Info nirgendwo in der Beschreibung. Das macht den Grill in Deutschland leider erstmal unbrauchbar und ist mit Folgekosten Verbund, nämlich für einen Auslandsstecker... schade
