A great value vs single packets. Here's the price comparison and amount conversion.
We love this sauce for Eggs Benedict. The amount of sauce mix in this bulk container (23.98oz/680g), is equivalent to 27 individual packets (.9oz/25g). For a price comparison with a single packet, either divide the price of the bulk container by 27, or multiple the single packet price by 27. When we bought this, it was equal to well under $1.00/packet. But right away we ran into a problem. The recipes on this container are measured for very large batches, like for commercial use. The smallest yield amount on the container recipe chart is for 1-2/3 quarts (6-2/3 cups) of sauce!!! That works out to 5-1/3 of the individual packets, far too much for our family breakfast. The individual packets yield 1-1/4 cups of sauce, which is just about right for our family breakfast. To get that single packet yield amount, follow the recipe instructions which call for 1/2 cup of butter and 1 cup of milk. The .9 oz of Knorr mix in the packets converts to a measured amount of 2-2/3 Tbsp. For more exact measuring, my wife uses 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp (or 1/8 cup + 2 tsp) of mix. It's perfect every time. On a piece of notepad paper, I wrote those Knorr dry mix measurements (and included the 1/2 cup of butter and 1 cup of milk for easier reference), then taped it to the top lid.

Delicious and Easy to make
I highly recommend this product. Iโve used nothing but Knorr Swiss Hollandaise for 40 years. The bulk packaging is best for the amount I make.

A good as I've ever eaten.
I had my doubts about a powdered mix, but this proved to be as good as the best I've eaten and better than most. Yes, I recommend it.

Great sauce mix! Not so great new container.
The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the new container. Knorr Hollandaise Sauce is the best in a mix, and having a canister is economical and versatile. However, they have changed from the sturdy, round canister to this newer plastic one, and I find the lid very awkward and not easy to open and seal. I wish I had kept my old canister to refill...and I will likely get something else to store it in from now on. Still the same great mix though!

Delicious sauce at a great price.
Makes delicious sauce and the price is reasonable buying it in bulk.

Hollandaise sauce mix
I can see no difference between this product and the others listed for significantly more. So you have to wait a few days, big deal

Great product, poor packaging!
I love this product, we use it all of the time. The only problem is the packaging. Sometimes you'll get it just fine. Sometimes the postal service plays football or something with it. The flimsy plastic packaging can't withstand the postal service. Please bag it and box it!
