Perfect for casual use and freestyle for people used to gaming sized controllers
I switched from the QX7 to this; being new to FPV but not drones or gaming I found this to be much more comfortable for me (even doing the pinch hybrid). The smaller size is also great when lugging around my quad and drone gear.

Love love love! Shut up and take my money!
I waited to long to purchase this was very hesitant because it uses 18500 batteries but this one comes with the 18650 caps so you can use either type. Great price and great transmitter!

This is not compatible with 18650 batteries. The caps are not included.
At the time of my writing this and when I ordered this the title says it includes 18650 caps. In reality once I received it and had already purchased 2 18650 batteries for it along with a charge I found out that it is only compatible with 18500 batteries. The caps that the description says are included are not. Those must be purchased separately for $22.

Micro USB port on controller broke the first time I plugged it in.
Finally got around to using this controller for simulators, and the first time I plugged it in, the USB port snapped off and is now recessed inside the controller.
