The product does work, but if you are on a Mac you will need to locate the drivers for the unit. The packaging indicates that the product supports a Mac OS but when you open the CD provided it doesn't contain the Mac drivers.I did locate the drivers on another parties website, the Diamond website is not user friendly and doesn't identify an easy way to locate drivers or ask a question by email to Tech Support. For this I give it a low rating.The product does work, little lag on the second screen but they can make it easier by including the drivers or having the drivers available on the website for download and identify that Mac users need to locate the drivers. Saves time and aggravation.

Item definitely was not new. It had multiple scratches on it but it worked as described.

It worked fine for about a year then just died on me.
