Replacement .01 Biostone Filter for AlkaBlue Water Ionizer ONLY. WILL NOT FIT - Melody, Microlite, Orion, Delphi, Athena, Neptune, Venus

I order this filter 3/4/18 for my Jupiter (ORION) ionizer, JP-109, though the description of this product is for AlkaBue. But when I search for the filter for Jupiter, this product kept showing up. I search on a different website and the same product show up. So, I decided. Luckily, the seller call me as well as sent me an email, asking if my ionizer is AlkaBlue. And I responded that it is not and let him know that my ionizer is JP-109. He told me that the one I order is wrong and he knows exactly what to send to me, which is the same price.I received the product 3/07/18, which is a day sooner than estimate. I opened the box, it looked as what I expected. I installed and all working good.I could give this a 5. However, with the fact that the website is not clear of what the product is for, I decided to give this a 4 stars.I'm glad that the seller took the effort to get a hold of me and let me know the product I order is wrong. If he did not do that, I would have gotten into a mess of returning the product and wait for the correct one. Thank you Kevin (Kevin is the seller I talked to).I hoping that you take some time to update the website so that we can easily order the correct product.With the good experience with Health Nut, I definitely come back and order this product again.

The company hadn't called me back since leaving a message with them. This doesn't fit in my current alkaline machine, although it has their sticker for their website saying it does. After I tried installing it and it kept leaking, I then opened up the directions where it states this doesn't fit my machine. So that's my fault but I'm giving it a one start since I haven't heard from them.

This item is a fake - I live overseas, ordered it, had it shipped to a friend in the USA and they brought it overseas for me. Several of my friends own water ionizer machines and we have all tried this filter and it does not fit any of our machines. When I contacted the company that manufactures this particular filter I was advised that the product was not legit.100 dollars down the drain!

Do the job must better than the 0.1 Bio-Stone Filter. Only $25.00 more than the 0.1 Bio-Stone Filter but do the job double even triple better. Worth to buy for the alkaline ionizers water system.
