WARNING: Capacitors are not rated for high voltage!!!
Worked up to 30V input. As soon as I bumped it up to 40V one of the input decoupling capacitors blew and caused a hard short on the input. Fortunately though, that particular component is not absolutely necessary in power supply designs and there is already another cap in parallel that does handle it. I removed the broken capacitor and it's working okay.If you encounter this too, just remove the brown surface mount ceramic capacitor near the IN- pin.

Nice compact regulator.
I bought the one with the metal case. I have contacted Drok to see if that case counts as a heat sink. I soldered it to a 54 volt power supply and regulated the voltage down to 8.4v. It's a pretty cool little device that you will need a jewelers flat blade screw driver to turn the voltage adjustment screw. So far so good.
