It was the best dry herb vape I've owned. I was loving it, the 1st thing to break was the recharge slot on it. The cable just stopped charging it after only a couple of weeks. My brother also had one of these and said his did the same, but he bought a battery charging kit and charged the battery that way. So i did the same. That went ok for months. Then the other day I came home after a hard and stressful day. I went to use it and the battery was fully charged, but it just wouldn't turn on. It packed up on me. I was so stressed because it couldn't have happened on a worse day. And I couldn't afford to replace it so have been left using a really horrible cheap one in its place. For the price I paid this should've lasted a lot longer. Especially since I cleaned it out carefully after every use and have treated it carefully and well.Edit: I noticed the box said 2 year warranty, so I emailed them and they have sent me a brand new one in the post. They processed it really quickly as well. I told them it broke, they emailed back within a couple of hrs and asked for pictures and a small video showing it not working. I did that and straight away and sent it via email. The next email said they have sent me a new one out and that it will arrive in a couple of days. So I've not changed my stars from 4 star to 5 star.

I picked up this vape about two months ago because I wanted to try dry herb for the first time. I was looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank, so I settled on this model instead of going for either the cheapest or the most expensive options. I have to say, it definitely delivers a cleaner and more enjoyable experience than traditional smoking. If you're considering switching to dry herb, I definitely recommend trying a dry herb vape instead of a pipe or rolling papers.That said, I don’t think this particular model is the best choice out there. When I first unboxed it, I was impressed by how solid and well-made it felt—it had a nice weight to it that screamed quality. But once I took a closer look, I did notice some issues. There was a tiny speck behind the screen that ended up trapping some ground herb over time. So while the metal body feels nice, the design has some flaws that are hard to overlook.Another thing that bugged me is the number of filters it needs. There are two filters in the mouthpiece and one at the bottom of the chamber. Replacements are easy to find on Amazon, but constantly having to clean and swap them out can get pretty annoying. Plus, the metal mouthpiece gets really hot during longer sessions, which can be uncomfortable for my lips after a while.Battery life has been another pain point for me. You can find spare batteries at most vape shops, but the first one I bought didn’t fit, even though it was the same size as the original. A different brand worked, but I found that swapping batteries isn’t the best way to go. To keep things going longer, I usually just keep one battery charging while I use a charging box to charge one battery whilst using the other. Unfortunately, my device is now a bit finicky—it only works if the battery is positioned just right. Now I just keep it plugged in all the time, which isn’t ideal and means i cant have long sessionsFor cleaning, I’ve found that isopropyl alcohol does the trick and is pretty affordable. The only downside is that the parts in the mouthpiece that hold the filters are made of rubber and plastic, which can get brittle with frequent cleaning. So I’m left with a tough choice: risk damaging those parts with alcohol or spend extra time trying to clean them another way.After a couple of months, a plastic part in the mouthpiece ended up breaking because i do use alcohol to clean it just because its so much easier, but I was able to find replacements online for a reasonable price. It does come with a two-year warranty, but you have to register it within a month of buying it. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times about my battery issue but never got a response, so I can’t really say how easy it would be to get a replacement under warranty.Overall, I think it’s better to either buy a cheaper vape to see if you like dry herb or invest in a higher-end model. A friend of mine has a top-notch vape that they’ve been using for two years without any issues—it requires minimal cleaning, has a glass mouthpiece to avoid burns, and features a built-in battery that lasts a long time. Based on my experience, I can’t really recommend this vape. While it seemed decent at first, the issues piled up quickly. Save your money and either go for a budget option to try it out or invest in a premium vape to avoid wasting £90 after just a couple of months.

I have had this vape for a while. I have since change to an alternative. I found this tricky to clean with too many small parts. The cover didn’t offer much protection often slipping off. The magnet is tight but tricky to transport due to no available casing and ineffective cover.I wouldn’t recommend
