SleepPhonesClassic Replacement Speakers (White Cord)

Extremely good product. Much more happy that they have cloth/fabric wire coverings in place of rubber. My first one were rubber and lasted a little over a year. These should hold up much better. Comfort is better that anything else I've tried.

These replacement headphones cost nearly $30 and the wire started coming undone within 3 days of me using it. I had already sent my SleepPhones in for repair one month prior due to the same malfunction - the plug in adapter would not display any sound at all even if I twisted it around. I use an iPad (mini) and there is no other issue when using other headphones, just these. I just don't like them charging $30 for a replacement, not including the headband. I went with another brand that's way better, more sturdy, and comfortable.Give SleepPhones a try for sure, I'm simply sharing my experience. :) Sleep well!

Great sound and comfortable fit. However, the wires short out after about 6 months of use. I’ve gone through so many over the years that I even tried to repair the connection myself. It’s a simple repair, but the wires they use are so cheap and low quality they tear and break immediately.I would pay three times the price for a pair with quality wiring and casing. The Bluetooth version doesn’t have a long enough battery life for me (last time I checked it was ~8 hours or less).

this product started off well, but after just a month I noticed the cord is separating from the woven cover protecting it, causing a very odd tangle that I've never seen before in any other headsets, still does the job for now, but it won't last nearly as ling as I had hpoed, next time I'll just get the whole set instead of replacement speakers.

Well, these are nice, flat speakers that are comfortable to wear at night inside of the Acoustic Sheep headband. But speakers wear out after only a few months. Yes, I wear them all night, every night, but this is what this product is made for. First one speaker goes, then the other. I keep buying the replacements, but it makes me angry and I will switch as soon as I can find another brand. I'm currently trying CozyPhones.

LOVE MY SLEEP PHONES....use to put me to sleep or put me where I need to be! Music. Or meditation these are the best way for your personnel sanctuary!

These are a braided wire, and are much clearer than the original that came with the SleepPhones. Will definitely be getting another set for our other SleepPhones!

Update:Yep, broke again (4th or 5th set, losing track now),Through disciplined sleep positioning and clean living I was able to make these last almost 2 years this time.Though I have been soldering toys and other low-voltage electronics for decades, I am unable to repair these.If anyone knows of a cheaper brand I'd be all ears, quality doesn't matter as these break in no time anyway.----------------older review below----------------Works fine.I'm taking off a star because these will eventually break and the use of super fine wires makes these irreparable by those who are not highly experienced at soldering (I believe you might need special equipment as well).My attempts to strip with a stripper failed, so I striped with a match. That worked slightly, but never got a good clean connection. The previous pair that came with the headset broke inside the flexible reinforcement strangely enough.

Just not very sturdily built. I use them once or twice a week, and they lasted only 6 months. The wiring is very fragile. In a product like this, there is no reason for the connections and cables to be so weak. This is my third try, but there are unfortunately not a lot of other products like this on the market.

Broke within 3 months of use. At least the wireless ones lasted a year and a half.Issue seems to be largely flimsy construction. For something intended to be worn while you sleep, not much material seems to have been used to reinforce the wires and connection areas, leading to stressing of the wires and eventual breakage from movement during sleep.

These headphones are super comfortable and the sound is great. The only drawback (this is my second pair) is that the plug part that connects to your device bends and eventually breaks all together. I had my first pair for about a year and then one side stopped working and eventually the other side for this reason. Please reinforce the plug and these would be 5 stars!

Works fine, but they are not so sturdy.My last pair lasted about a year of use, which I find okay considering.
