What's the product code for a4 plain white paper? i ordered black cover no.18 plain black cover but the paper colour is cream not white.

Rhodiapads will give you a full catalogue of product numbers. The cream coloured paper is a premium paper. The white paper is cheaper. The #18 pads are A4 sheets that tear off to sub-A4. The #19 pads are oversized A4 that tear off to an A4 sheet.

Is the pad oversized so that the sheets are A5 once torn out or do the measurements include the staple binding?

That’s a good question because when I bought my pad I assumed that the sheets would be size A5 but they are not. The sheets are perforated and when torn out they measure 188mm x 150mm which is smaller than an A5 frame. It will fit in an A5 frame with an insert in. The pad is a Rhodia no. 16 if that helps. Beautiful paper just don’t understand why they do the pads like this?

Is this the pad with squared/graph like paper? TIA

You can choose between dot, ruled and squared at the top of the page. Squared is much cheaper.
