How many pounds can this chair hold maximum?

The specs say 225lbs BUT in the video it said it was 500lbs. The same chair on the Home Depot site says max weight capacity is 250lbs…

Is the shade detachable? Or does it always have to be up??

It's not detachable, but it folds backwards to let down if not wanted.

Is this as sturdy as the quik shade heavy duty model?
