**Update- late update. I finally did get my results back. Both were neg, same from my doc and this service. I upgraded it from 1 to 3 stars but it takes too long and is much more of a hassle. Although the concept of privacy and testing in the comfort of your own home is great, I'd rather go to the doctor and be done with it.**Update** Last Monday I received my box and sent off my sample. Tues I went to the doc. Thurs morning I got my test results from my doc. Thurs night I got an email saying my sample was received and to register my kit and I would rcv another email when my results are ready. Strangely I got another email Saturday saying my sample has arrived. I only sent one kit. It's now Tuesday of the following week and I still don't have my results from them.Starting to think this is a scam after reading all the reviews on both this one and the male kit. I got my kit today and sent it off. I forgot to get the number off the box to register with it so I called the number on the site. First off it's a google voice number wish I would have called it before I ordered and I wouldn't have, seems fishy. Second, the person said their computer was having problems and wld have to email a colleague to get my number so I can register. (Seems to be the same person every time U call) I read another reviewer say the system was down when they called as well. Third, I read another review saying they were told their results were negative, went to the doc to get tested and turned out positive. I def don't like the idea of inaccurate or made up results. Now I will just have to go to the doc myself which of course I was trying to avoid and compare the two results and I'll be back to update my post.

I ordered this after I received a call saying “I could have been exposed over 6 months ago and should be tested” all my local clinics close at 430/5 and I work till 5 everyday. I wasn’t going to take off just to be told I was negative and waste tons of money. This was a cheap quick solution. It came rather quickly and I sent off the sample the same day I received my package. My results were online within 3 days. Worked great for me!

I got the test on time and I waited the 3 to 5 days for the results. So, overall I'm pretty happy with this. Especially since it saved me a $200 or more trip to the closest clinic

Easy to use and worth the price, given it would cost a lot more to go a clinic and get tested. Results were within a week.

What a great product! Arrived super quick, was easy to use, and I got my results just 3 days after I mailed it back! I love not having to go to the OBGYN for basic tests :)

It worked out great. The results came in less that a week and the directions themselves are pretty straight forward and to the point. Saved quite a bit of money too! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a female kit, and received a kit that was labeled 'female' on the barcode, but had another sticker that said 'Male' on the other side. I didn't notice the discrepancy until after I had completed the kit, so I mailed it in anyway. I received my results email. The results said "Test Not Performed". There is no other information on the website as to why. Needless to say, I'm pretty irritated. I contacted the company to find out why the test wasn't performed. I confirmed that I ordered the correct kit. I wish there was something somewhere that explained why my results were "Test Not Performed".Update - MyLab responded to my emails and replaced the kit with the correct kit at no charge.

Sent the kit in the mail on Tuesday morning, and my results were waiting in my email when I woke up on Saturday. Could not be happier with this product. So simple and convenient.
