The wall adapter doesn't work for me, but this was known based on other reviews. The battery adapter works great for me. I run this with HDMI out and WiFi off for hours at a time and haven't had any issues with heat. Going on several weeks using it weekly.

The cube AC USB charger doesn't work, but the adapter does. Plug it into a different USB charger and the cable works fine.Using the AC adapter that comes with it, my GoPro Hero3 only blinks a red light on the back.

Works great, I use this for softball games and with a large enough battery I can record all day. I use a battery with 11000mA and it works great all day. Much easier than changing batteries in the middle of the game, which is what I had to do with the go pro batteries. Only thing I noticed is that the batteries are susceptible to heat so I keep them out of direct sunlight if possible.

Wall adaptor is garbage. Just throw it out. The Battery eliminator works well and seems to be built to last.

When your go-pro is tethered to a tripod, this will let you run as long as you like for video or time lapse. Fits the Go Pro Hero 3 like a glove, other mode cameras, maybe not.

The first day using it, it wouldn't work with AC adapter but did work (briefly) using a surge protector with a USB port. The second day trying to use it it wouldn't work with either the included AC adapter or the surge protector. total garbage!

USB adapter is garbage but dummy battery works great!

Worked well on a 2000 mile road trip.
