So, I agree that the packaging (or lack of) is suspicious. No labels, instructions, etc. I decided to use it anyway. Immediately used it around arm pits, back of neck and lower back. Within a min or so, any soreness or stiffness in the neck and back had subsided. I did not keep the patch on for more than 30 mins. But, tonight I’ll try them on my foot soles. Will see what happens!

I couldn't use it..I'm sure it's good...but with my blood thinner I couldn't use it for the ingredients would be a negative and cause my blood thinner to react double.

Haven't tried the product yet. The only thing this plastic bag said was "made in China" when it arrived. No name, no instructions. I'm hesitant to apply it without some reassurance that it's what they say it is. It smells nice though.. ha.!

I have fibro and diabetes, so I have alot of foot and leg pain these make it livable one on my feet and I on each knee and I am ready for the day actually one usually last me 2 days before I replace them. My feet used to burn till I couldn't sleep at night these things are great. I have tried several brands I like these best

used them several nights did not see any results

I like the product. Just not happy only receiving 20 when I payed for 50 and the pack was not sealed

They definitely get warm, haven't noticed any change in my over-boob.…how often/long should I wear them?P.S.: Can you wear too many? My first time I had one on my neck, one on my lower back and one on each underarm.
