My 5 month baby loves it!
I bought this for my son to help build his leg muscles. After looking at several in stores, discussion board moms recommended this or a baby Einstein jumper. I chose this one because the BE one has one or two toys, and the rest you have to buy separately. I wanted to buy one thing and be done!At first my son didn't know what to do with it. My husband and I showed him how to play with the toys and one of the songs it plays is "If you're happy and you know it" so I sing along and stomp my feet. Now that he realizes he's on his feet (well toes, it's too low if they're not on their toes) he tries to stomp when I do. Another way he became used to it was letting him sit in it while watching one of his BE videos. He loves these photos and gets really excited at certain points. When he would get excited, he would make a big movement, and that's how he learned how he could jump in it. Today, he figured out that he could briefly stand on both legs. His smile was so big that his mouth was open as much as it could possibly be. It very satisfying to see how much he loves playing in it.I like that the music can be turned off, but sound effects (a boing, a whooping flute, children laughing, and short melodies) that are triggered by movement, can stay on. He loves some of the toys. I love that he has something that both keeps him upright and his fun, but also builds strength for sitting and crawling. It was also easily put together. I think I spent more time trying to get into my husbands tool box for a screw driver (it's only needed to put the batteries in) than I spent total putting the entire thing together. The hanging toys are wonderful too. My son tried jumping to the monkey today. The only thing that is not a joy is carrying it in and out of the living room. We also have a Fischer Price swing in the living room, so both make it cramped. The swing only hold up to 25 lbs so he's just about outgrown it. One the swing is stored, the jumperoo (roughly the same width) will fit in fine. I also wish some of the "toys" were interactive. I was sad to see that some are actually just decoration. The ones on there though seem to keep him entertained.Overall the most important thing is that my baby loves it and it makes him happy. It's such a joy to watch him play in it.

Developmentally wonderful. Helps parents be a couple again!
Our baby girl is 6.5 months old and has been using this Jumperoo since she was 4.5 months old. She LOVES it, and it's a HUGE HELP when the adults are busy and need to keep her entertained. When she was too short for the lowest setting, we put a thin box under her feet. As she grew, we changed it to a thin doggie bed mattress, and now she's tall enough to not need any such boosters. She started out being entertained by things that were at or below her eye level, but now that she's able to stand on her own she is very interested in reaching for the rhino and ape that hang up above her eye level. It's really helping her learn to balance and develop her core strength for walking. She's only 6.5 months old but already crawling all over the place and even pulling herself up on furniture. She loves jumping in this thing! She also uses the little lion teether. We love that the seat rotates so that we can leave the Jumperoo in one spot and just turn her seat to give her a new set of stimuli. The Jumperoo lives between our kitchen island and eat-in area so that she can jump and play while still watching us cook. Thanks to this Jumperoo, our little girl stays entertained and builds strength even as we've been able to get back to cooking together as a couple!

Yahoo. Jumperoo!!!
We ordered the Fisher Price Luv U Zoo Jumperoo from Amazon because this was the best price we could find. Ordering was easy and we received our Jumperoo in a just a few short days for no extra money. He started using it when he was 6 months old.Our little baby LOVES this jumper. I have to make sure I don't leave him in too long because he gets over excited. I would recommend this toy to anyone with an energetic baby. Naps are good and easy after he uses the toy because he loves jumping and he tires himself out.But I do have a 15 minute maximum for each jumping session. Now he is 7 months old. When he's more mature I'll leave him in for longer periods. Our baby figured out what to do 30 seconds after we sat him in the toy. At first he jumped and jumped and jumped. Within a few days, he started discovering the toys and now he spins himself around to play with them. He pretty much figured out how to use those toys as well. This is a great toy. You'll enjoy watching your happy, happy baby jumping and discovering; developing both gross and fine motor skills.Buy one.

Lots of Giggles and Squeals
My daughter loves this thing! My baby loves up and down motion and when she was a newborn, I would hold her while sitting and gently bouncing on an exercise ball to calm her but it was killing my back. She's big and very strong so her pediatrician suggested getting her a jumper at about 2 months old since she was already trying to sit up. I started putting her in it as soon as she developed good head control and could sit up while being supported which was about 2 and 1/2 months old. She wasn't quite tall enough in the beginning so I would place a pillow under her little feet and she would mostly just sit and look around. Now, she just turned 4 months old and is 26 inches tall. Her tippy toes finally touch the floor and she cannot be stopped. She loves to squeal and JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP! She's getting plenty of exercise, loves playing with the various spinning toys, and gets so excited when the music plays.I found it very easy to put together and take apart when needed. My only complaint is that it takes up quite a bit of space but it's still manageable. I would definitely recommend this if your baby loves to move and jump.
