The converter is working but it doesnt screw in on my Monitor.

Good Quality cable
My Dell 24 inch office monitor (which is bit old and did not have HDMI port) did not work with any other cables when I got them home for WFH setup. Tried Display port to HDMI adapter and tried connecting via a docking station. But purchased above connector and it worked. 15 pin VGA - yes. / 24+1 pin VGA - not working
Pl refund my money as instead of 15 pin VGA of my old SONY TV for fitting of Amazon fire TV stick, I received 24+1 VGA pin. Hence today I ordered HDMI2AV converter for the same.
