Great pillow for hip pain
My sister recommended this pillow for pregnancy and beyond. She's had hers for two years now and it's still firm and has its shape.I got one when my hips started aching, and it's fixed me up. Highly recommend.

Helps relieve back pain
This works better for me than a pillow between the knees. I like the fact that I am able to adjust the thickness by removing 2 of the 4 inserts. It’s easy to move when I roll over. I also like the removable cover so it can be washed. Note; the foam inserts are not washable but the heavy cover helps to keep them clean.

Great Product
I love this knee pillow, Had tried others but this one is my favorite.It's a bit pricey though and the foam doesn't breathe enough as it becomes warm on the legs after a while....
