Is this antibacterial shampoo ?

I get that this is recommended for folliculitis, but does it cause the hair to be overly dry? What conditioner is recommended?

It doesn’t dry out my hair . I can’t use conditioner.

Can I use this shampoo daily?

Yes the Shampoo can be used Daily. However, we suggest using the Shampoo every other Day or 3 times per Week.

Can this be used as a body wash as well?

Yes, it can. That's what my dermatologist suggested. I wouldn't use it daily, because it dries your hair and your skin out. Every five or seven days would be best.
