This is currently being used on “normal to thin” hair that is “normal to greasy”. It is the best leave in conditioner that I have found on the market that does not leave the hair feeling extra greasy. It ends up feeling lightweight, and it helps with notting of the hair. I love this product so much - it is fairly expensive so I tried a lot of drugstore dupes and none of them that I tried no matter how highly recommended have come close to the performance of this product. I highly recommend this product and the smell is amazing and not overwhelming.

This product was not cheap for the size bottle, small in my opinion. The fragrance was a disappointment, not much at all. This product did make my hair soft though and a large amount is not needed. My hair is long, thick and naturally curly.

I really like this. I let my hair dry just a little and while my hair is damp I apply it from my end to the middle of my head and then rub it into my head. It really smooths out my dry hair without weighing it down. I use a nickel to quarter size. It is a little spendy, but it works without making my hair oily and adds sine to my hair. The bottle did not leak during shipping. With the little amount I use it will last quite awhile. I only use it about 2-3 times a week.

I wanted a little something to put in my hair to add shine and swing. I wash with a clarifying shampoo usually and use a light conditioner after, as my hair is not dry nor curly. That routine works for me, but I just wanted to amp it up a little more.After getting out of the shower and letting my hair get air dried a little bit, I added this to my damp hair and tried to not use very much, but it left my hair over-conditioned and dull. I tried again at other times, but couldn't get it to work.It smells great, of course, like most Aveda products, but it was too much for my hair. I will be gifting it to my daughter whose hair is color-treated and dry. Maybe it will work better for her.

This shampoo (and conditioner) make my hair so soft despite living in an area with hard water! I’ve tried SO many shampoos and conditioners. I didn’t expect this one to work either but I was pleasantly surprised! This one works! It’s also works well with my fine hair and smells yummy!
