This was my first time trying this brand. I've had several other brands so I wanted to do some comparison. I enjoyed the full cheese flavor but the only thing I was surprised about was just how firm each slice was. It was like cutting a slice from a firm block of cheese vs the softer slices you normally find in pre-sliced cheeses. It didn't alter the good flavor at all but just surprised me. The ingredients are top notch so its a healthy plant cheese and I like it. It made a delicious grilled cheese sandwich & I also diced it up to add to scrambled eggs. I also laid it on top of some veggies & melted it in the oven. Great flavor.

Taste like real cheese and makes a great grill cheese

This "cheese" was good at first, but I have to keep going back to dairy cheese. Initially it tastes good like cheddar, but something is missing...

I've purchased this from the store and it's a great product. I'm soooo excited to find it on Amazon. I can't eat product with lactose this makes it so much easier.

Once I started my journey to become vegan I was looking forward to the vegan cheese options. I'm a cheese lover! But every vegan cheese is too cheesy and they all taste the same. Which was hindering me. I don't like stuff to taste extremely cheesy. I was pretty sure this would taste the same but surprise, surprise, it has a mild flavor, which is similar to cheese! I made a grilled cheese, vegan cheese burger, stuffed potato with homemade vegan bacon bits and even melted for pinto bean nachos. All delicious! Im happy its not overly processed but I would still only eat weekly or every other week.
