So disappointed, after receive the order and open, firstly the box inside is not enough the bubble paper to protech the product, so make the product have 2 broken: 1) the bottle pump is broken & 2) is bottle have around 20cm crack, if I make the pump harder, I think have some hair conditioner come out from the crack, so is it have any special offer to me or I need return the product and this order is ship to.Hong Kong
