A very good product for having peace of mind with the water automatic pumping system. The LEDs indicate the water level (for overhead tank and also the underground tank/sump). It does an excellent job of detecting the water level pretty quickly. Even though our overhead tank is more than 30 meters away, the sensors were able to detect the water level. The carbon sensors looks sturdy and also helps to be rust free this improving on its life. It took a while to set it up but the setup can be understood easily.A couple of suggestions to the manufacturer:1. Make the cap of the sensors in 3 different colours so that electricians don't mixup and also it makes easy to identify (our electrician had a bit of difficulty)2. Add a beep/buzzer alarm to indicate when overhead tank and also the underground tank/sump is empty. A push button would manually stop the alarm. This feature is to make aware that water level is very low and have to get water from outside (like tanker) or also the audio alarm is much better than a visible alarm (not everyone keeps watching this device)3. Instead of B1, B, U1, and U marking to indicate the water level, use UL (upper low), UH (upper low), GL (ground low) and GH (ground high). It makes more sense rather than B1, B, U1 and U.4. Instead of 3 seperate sensors, why not design a unit to hold them together at predefined position? It makes it easy for installation.All in all, a very good product.

Its auto on / off (acording water tank full & empty )system is very very good .It is my need. so I found it.Instalation is very easy. This productis working well at my home. Costomer care dealing staff too very nice. Costomer care staff helped to me whene I need.This product size to best. Portability is very easy, this is value for mony.

This auto pump is not working in auto mode. I tried to call customer service but no response I made a whatsapp message on WhatsApp also no response. Till Tomorrow if I don't get any response, I will return the product

The product functionality is as described above and solves the water tank overflow/ dry run issues which are bothersome. Usage & wiring is easy and can be done by anyone with little wiring knowledge.

i hv purchased two items (automatic liquid level controller - magic technologies) thro amazon but one was not working all of a sudden kindly tell me the procedure to change the defective one

We can monitor the water level in the underground and overhead tank conveniently in one system. Once installed properly we can forget about checking the availability of water in the sump and overflowing problems. Usually, sump motor will get damaged due to dry run in addition to wastage of power.The sump motor will not start in case - Low water in the Sump or the overhead tank is full.The motor will be started when Sufficient water is there in the sump and low water level in overhead tank.Installation was very easy. Only thing, we have to take care own safety while dealing with mains supply, Phase and Neutral should be connected as in the drawing.Cons. The length of wire supplied with the sensors are too short for water tanks so, wire joint is required which will be in water. Proper sealing is required.Happy with the product.

Pros: Good build quality, easy to install, LED indicator, Easy to operate. Value for money. Good quality sensor. We have installed in 5 story building aprox 60 feet length sensor wire.Cons: Size of the controller is big. Check the dimension before purchase.
