I have just had my fire delivered today I was surprised how quick it came it was very well packed and had no damageI have put the fire on its legs to see what it looks like and it is fantastic looks very smart and modern with all the different effects you can have I personally like the blue flameI will be fitting this into the wall at a later date so it will be flush fitting to the wallThe beauty of this fire is that you can recess it into a wall or fix it straight to your wall or even just have it free standingVery impressed with this fire 10 out of 10

Brought this heater last week and I’m very pleased with it. You can adjust the heat up to 27 degrees which warms up the room well and looks very good. Not only that but it’s easy to work and install. Would defo recommend !!

We are very delighted with the fire, the heat output is just right for our size of living room, and the control over the whole firebox is excellent.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this fire , installation instructions were almost non existant but the installation it's self was simple anyway .Beautiful feature.

I will be as honest as I can about this item. You are paying for the look and not the warmth. For the cost, this is not worth the money and I would t buy it unless you are fitting it into a small room. The look is very nice and the options are great regarding colours and option of the off timer etc. for me personally, it is not good enough and should have a bigger heating element as it simply does not put out what I need for the size of room it’s in. I honestly cannot believe that as it is meant to be a fire, which is for warming a room, they spent more time on it with its looks and other options rather than the actual point of the item which is the heat. Also, having to fit in the stones is a bit of a nightmare too, once I had fixed it to the wall it does look nice but for the cost, I would get another one for half the price which gives the same amount of heat.
