I’ve been taking these pills for a little over two weeks and at first I didn’t notice anything. Today I woke up and realized I haven’t had my usual terrible morning allergies in a week or so. I also have a hip that is just trashed in three different ways. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can’t sleep or sit down. I’ve seen a complete improvement of any debilitating pain in my hip. It still hurts when I push myself too far but the constant terrible pain is gone. Both of these issues going away directly coincides with when I started taking these pills. I guess time will tell but I’m sold on the product at the moment.

I bought this product after an Asian neighbor told me about. I was skeptical but decided to try it. Wow! Ashitaba is an amazing plant. No longer taking the blood pressure medication. This tea plus the ashitaba pills have lowered the blood pressure. It works amazing. I have recommended this product to a relative with very high blood pressure, and this non-believer tried it and could not believed it that it worked and he is no longer taking blood pressure medicine.

Bought for my dad since he grows a plant similar to the Ashitaba for my parents ailments. My parents had already eaten or steeped the leaves of the plants they had and ran out so he asked if I can buy this for him. He said it helps his ailments so I hope it helps yours as well!

I could spend a significant portion of my time preparing leaves to make tea or I could pop a capsule. The powder is finely prepared so I generally chose the capsule.
