These are great for those working around bright lights, especially HPS or other yellow or sodium vapor lighting. They reduce glare and the blue tint counteract the effects of HPS lights that allows for more accurate color representation of what you are working on.These are NOT sunglasses in anyway, but they block almost all UV light, cuts down on glare, and helps washes away the yellow tinge all over my work space. The visible light transmission (VLT) on these are 57% so you have an idea. They are comfortable, look good, and when i am wearing my prescription glasses, these fit comfortably over them.

We use these while operating mower and trimmer in the yard. Cuts just the right amount of glare and protects the eyes from flying debris! We bought a second pair to be sure we have one on hand if our first pair gets lost or broken.

Perfect for what I use them for. They filter all the bad UV lighting out, and are VERY comfortable.I have used UVEX before and have been pleased. I am now a UVEX brand for life person. I wont bother with ANY other competitors product.Very durable, and comfortable.

Definitely fogs up, but helps with the light in the clean room. No more headaches.
