Good plates.
These plates are very good, and the process was straightforward (send jpeg or pdf of your docs via email). Arrived in 48hrs and better quality and a lot cheaper than Halfords. Also if you are going to use the stick on method to fit these and are a novice like me, these tips may help:-1. Probably best to order and inspect your number plate before starting. (I ordered one ‘click and collect’ at Halfords, first but it was awful. The new plate was worse than the old one, so had to then wait 48hrs to get a much better quality one mail order here).2. Leave plenty of time to get the old plate off IF it is stuck on. If it is falling off already no probs. Mine was WELL stuck and took an hour to remove and clean up. WD40 works well, but old pads may need soaking. If access is good you can also use a short length of floss to cut through pads, carefully of course. More WD40 and a credit card or similar to very gently scrape old pads away. Be careful with the paint of course!3. Then use a paint friendly degreasant, lots of soap and water and final clean with meths or similar paint friendly cleaner. Don’t leave anything on too long though! I heard motorcycle chain cleaner works well if just left for a few seconds and cleaned well, but no promises.4. Don’t forget to clean the back of your new plate as well. Easy to assume it is clean if new, but it needs to be grease free.Fitting the new plate is the easy bit, but a few more tips for that:5. If the surface you are fitting the plate to isn’t flat, then use different pad thicknesses to fit it (eg 1mm thick at the centre 3mm at left and right edges. That helps reduce the bend on the plate itself so reduces the ‘spring’ effect of a bend in the plate.6. If you don’t have any recess on your boot/hatch etc then strip of masking tape on the boot below your fitting point may help to align the plate, as you can use it as a marker and play around with the position first. Putting a marker in the centre of boot, and centre of the plate also helps, just align the two. You only really get one go, so better to mark out first.7. Once stuck, applying pressure by hand is okay but can’t be done for long and people move. Clamping is okay but fiddly, however if you open your boot/hatch it MAY sit flat enough to simply stand something on the plate (I used some old books). Leave for a few hours somewhere safe, then you’re done.Sorry that write up was a lot longer than I thought when I started !! Hope it helps someone.

Not quite what I wanted
Bit annoyed to find that there's a strapline on the bottom of the numberplate for the company that makes them and their postcode. I wanted a CLEAN numberplate not one that contains advertising and the advert doesn't make it clear that's what they are going to do otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

Premium quality at a budget price
For the money and available options, I doubt you could get the same for a lower price. The product was exactly as I hoped it would be and the vendor obliged with my request to change the EU flag and lettering to the Union flag with UK lettering, so if you don't want the displayed EU/GB as per the item listing image, just ask them if they will change it if it's legal to do so.One observation is that the Union flag colours seem faded and not rich or vibrant, but it's a minor matter overall. I'm very happy with the product, price and comms and I've already passed the info on for others to purchase from this vendor.

Quality plates.
Being half the price of the main online plate providers, I was a bit concerned that the quality of the materials used might not have been up to much. However, the acrylic/brand used was exactly the same as that used in the plates I removed from our car (which we supplied by our dealer). Also great to find a full set of screws, caps and double-sided tape included in the pack - giving you alternative ways of fitting them to the car.Overall, really happy with the plates and service.

Very fast delivery which was fab but the quality was less than ideal! The plates turned up with all the correct details but the lettering print had multiple lines through it (like the printer was low on ink) and lots of trapped air bubbles and gaps in the laminate.I had also requested 3D lettering but received plain black fonts.

Excellent value - quick delivery. Yes you do need documents as you could be a bank robber!
As described - good quality for the price paid. I’ve made number plates for over 25 years and the quality varies depending on who’s machine you have or how well it’s set up. Huge profit margins make discounting possible if you do enough of them. These won’t last forever by modern standards but I’m very happy with the product and price paid.

be careful how you drill through
great service, arrived quickly. I had some issue with the backing delaminating when I drilled through the plates - this is hidden mostly by the screw head blank. I would advise you try to drill from back to front, or at least ensure the back is adequately supported when you drill through, put a block of wood behind it
