A bit pricey, great flavor. Has zero carbs

Great taste

I was excited to try the Pear White Balsamic dressing because I love pears in my salad and this brand is Keto friendly, however the flavor was not very good in my opinion. I've tried other Walden Farms dressings and was happy enough with their taste to try it, This one had an aftertaste that was chemical like. It smelled great but tasted to me like a pear extract/perfume rather than natural pear juice. At this price, it was a disappointing purchase and I discarded it.

Believe me, I’ve literally tried them ALL since I was on a specific diet plan and these were pretty much all that was allowed in regards to dressings. This flavor paired with some fresh blueberries and strawberries on a grilled chicken salad was PERFECT. It’s better than the other sweet vinaigrette options for sure. I’m not one that likes sweet flavors on foods that are meant to be a meal and not a dessert, but this was pleasantly surprising and I reached for it a lot. My other absolute favorite from this brand is the Taco Street Queso! I wasn’t allowed to have any type of cheese or dairy on that diet, and THIS dressing took care of my cravings for cheese! Don’t be expecting it to taste exactly like normal queso, but it truly is amazing for not having any fat, calories, or sugar!!! 😱 It’s SO GOOD with some taco meat, peppers, onions, lettuce, and a light tortilla. 🌮😋

Walden Farms makes a good dressing, one of the only sugar-free ones out there, and it doesn't taste strongly of artificial sweetener or have an aftertaste (to me), and I'm very sensitive to aftertastes. It does have a LOT of sodium in it for flavor. I like this flavor, and my health risk isn't sodium, but read the label before ordering if you're at all concerned. The price is pretty high, and you have to buy at least two bottles before tasting it to get this flavor anywhere, which is what makes it only four-star.

Just the right amount of heat. And no calories!

The taste is ok for being a zero calorie dressing, however it is SO SALTY! I normally enjoy extra salt in my food but this was overpowering. It is also a very thin consistency, just not what I was expecting.

Im using this for my weight loss to replace balsamic which is high on suggar. This taste the same and doesn't have the sugar. been using it for months.
