The media could not be loaded. I received my package of molecular hydrogen tablets about a week ago – they arrived quickly. Started using immediately. Super easy to use, just plop the tablets into a little water and wait about a minute. Dissolved only 1 tablet to make the hydrogen water the first couple of times and had no adverse reaction whatsoever. Increased to 2 tablets at once in the mornings. Immediate observations are increased energy levels, quite similar to drinking coffee, but without the caffeine “buzz”. It is a lovely feeling. I feel that my quality of sleep is better – I feel more rested in the mornings, and brighter. Tried them one Saturday morning after drinking perhaps a bit too much wine the previous evening at a concert; no headache, no feeling of hangover. Vital Reaction, I’ll have to say you have an amazing product here. The website is thorough and very educational, and I look forward to taking this product as part of my cancer prevention program (previous cancer patient) for the rest of my life!! Keeping general body inflammation down for me is critical and it feels so good to have a product like this that I can have confidence in. It is very difficult to build your body and strength back up after chemotherapy, and I can tell you that I already can tell a difference in my pathetic little exercise sessions from the hydrogen. I think it will speed up the rebuilding process significantly. A family member is having hip replacement surgery soon, and I’m going to encourage him to get this product, it will assist his healing process. I had a few questions about the H2 tablets prior to my first purchase, and the folks at Vital Reaction were really helpful and knowledgeable. Though not a “cheap” health supplement, I think the price is more than worth it. I anticipate replacing 2 or 3 of the supplements I currently take (joint pain, brain function, antioxidants) with the hydrogen water, so it more than pays for itself in my book.

Psoriasis. I have had psoriasis for over 50 years. Hence, I have tried many prescribed treatments/medications oral and topical as well as homeopathic. Light treatment was by far the best treatment for me in my youth. This vital reaction tablets have stopped the itching and reduced the scaling. It is at a tolerable level. It took 2 tablets twice a day for 2.5 months. I stopped and after about a week the itching and scales returned. It has not cured me, but it has calmed the symptoms to a manageable level. FYI: My psoriasis is serious it is on every limb, torso, ears, and face (Was inside my nostrils).

The product manufacturers claim that the hydrogen gas generated when the tablet (containing magnesium hydride) is added to water when ingested can create enough hydogen gas in one's tissues to scavenge hydroxyl radicals. The chemistry seems correct in principle (hydrogen can react with hydroxyl radicals) but whether that reaction happens enough after taking one or two pills to make any difference is the question. In any case, hydrogen is completely non-toxic.

I am very happy with this product, and try to use it twice a day. Its the first thing I do in the morning before consuming anything else. There are some excellent YouTube videos on the benefits of hydrogen infused water. I also intend to use 5 to 10 tablets for a hydrogen bath which I have not yet done but is done in Japan. My method is a little different. I crush the tablet with a pair of pliers before dropping the crushed tablet into the water, and drink the entire glass within the first minute.

Stock is old. This bottle expired over a year ago. I’m a believer in the power of this product, but don’t think sending out expired product is legit. If I’m wrong, inform me and I’ll potentially change this rating.

I am not sure about this product yet. I don’t feel the energy effects like some have. I guess time will tell.

Talk about a kick start to my day....hydrogen water gives me a nice lunch ck in the morning and seems to clear my brain and prep me for the day! Vital reaction is unlike some of the other hydrogen tablets, it dissolves quickly without the need for a closed container. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast!
