These really helped improve the ride of my 97. I would recommend to either extend or compress the axle in the front to get the shock tower through the hole in the fender. And also reuse the old Bar Pin by pressing it out of the old ones with a vise

These suckers got power. Easy to install. Good stuff.

Each shock came with 3 bushing sleeves yet I was missing the bar pins for the rear shocks. The old shock hardware was too rusted so now I have to spend more money for the appropriate hardware. So much for a 1hr job...

Works as advertised fit my xj for a 4 inch lift. Bit on the stiff side but may brake in. 4 stars because no bar pins for the rear

Perfect fit

Since I installed these shocks I've had zero issues with them, they're solid shocks. However, when I spend this much on a set of "direct fit" shocks, I expect "direct fit". They did not come with the essential hardware to mount them on my Cherokee. I had to reuse all of the necessary mounting hardware from my old shocks, which was a pain in the ass. All in all good shocks, but for the money, I don't want to have to swap out old hardware.

After 20000 miles had to replace front shock they was wore out. Good if your not going to keep the vehicle for long.

Shocks look awesome! Only reason for the 4 star rating is the rear shocks do not come with the bar pins, only the fronts.
