This is my first time using prework supplements, and I have to say I love this. The taste is OK, do not expect to have a nice flavor, this is not a Colombian coffe it is an enhancer for your workout. The results are amazing, I doubled my cardio and lifted about 15% more drinking only 70% of the scoop. I never try anything of the full dose, but I can assure you this is safe and does what it says. About the recovery you feel like you did not went to the Gym, I even ran back to my house. However dont try to lift anything your muscles are destroyed even if you dont notice. Great product, great value, and I can squeese at least 10 more servings.

is waste of money, not served, is rubbish, it does nothing of what they describe. after using it I had to buy another of better quality.

This stuff is AMAZING. Both my hunny and I take a scoop of the amino fx right before going to the gym. I don't know how I've been working out all this time without this pre-workout. My boyfriend loves it as well, so much that it went a little cheaper for a day or so and he ordered 3 more tubs. I have been able to actually do about 20-30 pounds more weight than normal. I can actually feel my workouts now and feel like I am getting toned now!

I have only been taking this product for two weeks. I drink it once a day before a workout as instructed and then drink a whey protein shake after. So far I haven't seen any results but it has only been two weeks. Normal time for gaining muscle is 1 lb every 33 days with a regimented workout at least 5 days a week and diet plan. This product boasts 4 lbs of muscle in 30 days. We'll see.... BCAAs are essential though so even if you just buy this product to compliment your diet program it is worth it but don't expect a miracle powder of fairy dust!

For me taste is ok, and I mix with water, also I see results from it! I;ve ordered it few times, now i see price drops

I am not sure if the product actually works or not, but this is mainly because it is both horrible and disgusting in taste. I cant drink it to find out the benefits of using it! I've mixed it with Water, Gatorade & Juice...and nothing makes the taste any better. If you are one of those people who struggle through drinking some of the other things out there...please dont waste your time and money on this. It'll sit on your shelf...or maybe you can find a friend to pawn it off on. Maybe I'll try mixing it with another product so that way i dont waste it, may take awhile though! I am pleased with the product, allows my workout to be extended and stay hydrated. I will buy this product again.
