Failed after a few years.
Left one is still working on my 2003 Sequoia. The right one came out of the threaded socket after about 3 years. Not sure if this was an install problem or basically a screwed up Bilstein design. I tend to think it is the latter, there isn't really a good way to secure the steel rod into the socket, you can try to use a pair of pliers to tighten the rod in the socket, but there is no good way to grab the rod with force as it is chromed and slick.

Did not live up to their reputation
They lasted just 14 months on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia 4WD. Then the shock rod broke where it transitions from threaded to smooth at the upper mount. Needless to say, I am disappointed in this failure; this is not what I expected from what is reputed to be a premium product. I could understand it if I had engaged in rough off-road driving, but that is not the case; everything has been normal street driving. I'll replace them with something else.

Same problem as review above. Broke at the point where it joins the thread, came our or socket. Lucky that shaft did not puncture break line or penetrated the fuel tank. For 7,000 pounds vehicle seem to be insufficient design or faulty materials
