These vitamins are easy-to-chew gummies. Costco carries this product off and on, so when I run out and they don't have it, I buy from Amazon. My only issue is that the flavor is just a little bit off from what I'm used to...I definitely taste strawberry, but there is almost a cardboard taste to it?
