The flavor is exactly as described on the label: bright and peppery. For me, it's a plus that 2-5% of profits are contributed to environmental causes. The only downside is the container-- the oil drips from the poorly made plastic spout into the metal top of the container, messy and wasteful.

I had been looking for a cooking oil that was not only healthy but didn't give me migraines.There are many cooking oils even healthy ones but most of them will trigger migraines if you have them as I do.I tried everything from the worst regular vegetable oil to avocado oil and everything in-between.Was about to give up cooking till I found this olive oil.The trick is you need to get an Olive Oil that is Extra Virgin and most importantly NOT PROCESSED/UN REFINED usually Cold Pressed.After making this simple switch I have not gotten a single migraine from cooking a meal no matter how much of the oil I use.Besides that this one does not have a bitter or over powering taste its a really great oil and I will not use anything else at this point.I got the bundle with the spray and the spray is awesome and super easy to use.So if you are super sensitive to cooking oils due to migraines like myself try this one out.
