Marantec Customer Service-Job well done!
The customer service was excellent. We moved into our new home and previous owners had lost one garage door opener and did not know the keypad code. The people at Marantec were very pleasant and helpful. They guided me through all the necessary steps to meet my needs. The parts arrived just as requested. The instructions with the parts were very clear and easy to follow.

Not the one I was looking for.
Apparently it doesn't work with my door opener. This one has one end that is kind of squared and the other end is more round. I need one that is rounded on both ends.
