My concern was the fit, but as a size 8.5 ladies, I found the medium to be just right. The color I ordered was pink, which looks more like coral, but it is still pretty. I have used them once in a pool and I enjoyed them very much. I pulled the straps tight and I did not feel like they were hurting or falling off in the water.

Just used the fins yesterday for snorkeling in the Cayman Islands and they were the most comfortable ones I ever used. Easy on, nice to wear, no rubbing or squeezing, relative short blades but powerful enough to do a good job moving you through the ocean. Bought S/M and the smallest setting is perfect for my size female 7.5/ 8 feet. If you have smaller feet the adjustment might not be able to accommodate a tight fit! Oh and yes remove all the packaging or they will be uncomfortable with black plastic in the foot part that does not belong.Would recommend and buy again😃!

We bought this swim fins for our 7-year-old son (small size) to make swimming and snorkeling more enjoyable for him. We tested it in the pool and it was the most fantastic thing until one of the fin’s strap started coming off loose especially in the water. And it stayed that way despite troubleshooting we did. So, I reported this to Blair and her team. They were prompt and courteous with their responses. I sent photos of the damaged fin and they sent me a new pair of fins as replacement. They didn’t want me to go through the hassle of sending back the damaged fin! I am so impressed with their customer service and their passion for quality and excellence.. you can tell from the way they communicate. I had received emails about its use and care prior to actually receiving the fins. Also, they arrived as expected and were packed neatly. We received the replacement fins August 10 and my son used them on the same day. There were no issues this time. Everything is as described. Thank you, Surf and Snow for this wonderfully made swim gear.

So happy with this purchase. We had a big trip planned for us (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 12) and wanted snorkeling gear that would work well (not Dollar Store stuff) but also not take up too much space in our carry on luggage. These guys fit well within our carry ons. They might not be enough for the scuba types, but for casual snorkeling, they were more than adequate.Two adults and two kids (13 and 12) all were comfortable in the adult size. If I had a 10 year old-ish, I would order an adult and child size and see what fit best before venturing out.The fit is comfortable and relatively easily adjustable once one gets used to them. I would recommend (based on personal experience) starting out with them slightly tighter around the foot and then see how that feels after 15 minutes (checking for blisters, etc.)You will see scuba and pro snorkeling types on charters, etc with 36 inch flippers....fret not, these guys are more than enough to get down to that 4m wreck or cruise with the sea turtles for hours on end.Well done BPS!

I was having trouble with my old flippers as they were too small when I got a heavier pair of water shoes(3mm)...so I decided to get the "BPS Short-Blade Adjustable Swim Fins/Flippers" - Was a great fit! I glide easily in the water and enjoy less strain on my knees. Easy to get on and off! Get a pair their great!

Easy to slip on and off. Comfortable on the foot although there were no instructions for adjusting them. Remove the plastic forms inside the foot well. It is embossed on them to remove before use but it is hard to see. Yep...did 2 laps with them in and yes, it was uncomfortable ;) Good value and very well made!

I am a size 13 and could not find a good pair of travel fins until now (got the largest size). They are small enough and light enough to pack to more remote beaches, or just save luggage space. They fit great and comfortable without the neoprene booties and did not chaff from a weeks worth of snorkeling plus give that extra power when you need it. They could easily fit a size up I would think.

It is a bit hard to change sizes but once you get there, they are great. I got a pair for each of my kids and they are thrilled with them.Please note - these flippers do not float. My daughter was swimming in a lake and one fell off of her foot. We were unable to recover it in the deep, murky water.However, the selling company has phenomenal customer service and we are working with them to purchase a replacement.
