Bought in October 2019 and stopped working in January 2020 - I am unable to contact the seller or Amazon to file a complaint or get a refund/replacement sent out?

Have been working on the garden and looking pretty good, but we have a very large beautiful tree that sits in the far corner of the garden and is lost at night when the rest of the garden lights up so decided we needed a few quality spotlights to show it off. This was a pair and the power was perfect for the job. They were indeed a very good buy and were made of metal so were sturdy and looked and felt pretty weatherproof and as they would spend their life under our tree and we hoped for a long life from them. The box had both lights supplied with plugs fitted and remote controls. They offered a great choice of colour settings, and the choice of options were good offering flash mode, strobe mode, fade mode, so plenty to choose from and at a very good price. And the tree? Well it just looks majestic with colour shining on, up, and through it and the lights have a memory so when timer switches them on each night they will always be at our chosen setting.

So.. They look nice, they work well when you first use them, but like every other one of these type of light I have bought from Amazon they just don't last. First a few colours fail, then just red works, and the light totally fails. And we are talking with days and weeks. I need to find some decent quality ones that actually last.

This product is awful,both lights failed first the green went followed by other colours ! I was so pleased at first,total rubbish so very disappointing.

Great build quality fantastic range of colour change ,great remote with every function on itMotion detection good and response to remote goodAll in all a great feature lights well worth the moneyI enjoyed them so much I bought again ,10/10 I bought again .thank you mike

I suppose it was a lot to ask from 2 x 35w lamps to floodlight the back of my house from 15m away. I do however think the advertisement photos are a little misleading. Clearly [now!], multiple lamp combinations are used to generate these photos. I guess I should have been a bit more savvy. However, I do have another application so all is not lost. In this much more confined area, they work well & give the desired lighting background.

Bought them a week months ago , stored them without using and then started using them beginning of decemberOne has failed completely and another one the blue has stopped working, these really are poor quality and should be avoided

A week later and the red and the green LEDs are burned out in the other. Based on the other reviews this seems to be all too common.
