I have ordered from Road ID before. The Road ID medical information dog tags are well-made, hold a lot of information and most importantly do not not irritate my skin like some other dog tags.

Legible and solid quality. I wish the text was a little larger, or that I could have added another line - there is quite a bit of space still. I love the packaging it came in - make sure to read every inch of it :)I may have to order the dog collar ids for the pups too!!

I was absolutely blown away and grateful. As you see in the pic- they not only packaged it well they included a handwritten thank you card wishing me well this new year and a card to contact them "if the ID ever becomes unreadable we will replave it for free for you lifetime. No questions asked". I am so grateful. I wish I could show the beautiful work, but has personal info on it. Just know it was done PERFECTLY letter by letter. I even included my old unit (and something else) and they printed it too. The chain is the sturdy chain you get from bootcamp so the balls can be removed to make it your perfect length. Then sent a 26 or 28 inch chain with mine. Extra long! I am so grateful and pleased and I will be buying these for Christmas gifts this year. Its a good I.D. product. It should have included rubber dog tag cover. That rubber cover would have made it a very good product.
