Delicious. I love it.

I have been using 24 Mantra products for the last year and am quite satisfied with the quality. The toor dal is not polished yellow, but a dull yellow and that's the natural color of dhal. If only the price parity is reached, this is a 5 star product.

I follow a whole food plant based diet/lifestyle and typically use mung beans and lentils to create a breakfast bowl with whole grains. I was hoping to diversify my beans and thought about peas. These were not only the perfect protein source, but also a wonderful value! As you can see, I store my beans in glass jars in the kitchen, but even after filling this large jar I had leftovers to store in my pantry for backup.

There is a strange and very strong chemical smell coming after cooking. I soaked it for 2 hrs and then cooked it, used tap water, different packaged water in cooking but still nothing helps. Can’t even eat a a spoon with such strong smell. Never happened before

Clean, tastes good, cooks great

I needed a source of low-fiber vegan protein and this was a great option. I have a very restrictive and uncommon medical diet that has been hard to live with, so finding healthy and delicious things to eat is always exciting. I boil these and blend them with cooked vegetables like beets, carrots, and garlic. Sometimes I add other things like tofu, soy protein powder, spices, sunflower seed butter, and nutritional yeast. It makes a very smooth and satisfying hummus-type spread that tastes great in wraps or as a dip.
