Touch pad sleep mode issue - let the buyer beware!
The keyboard is alright, the scroll wheel is nice although a little too far in from the edge of the keyboard to be comfortable to use. What makes this keyboard rate so low is the touch pad goes to sleep after what, like 30 or 60 seconds of being inactive? So imagine you're reading an article online - you're only going to be using the scroll wheel to go through it. Once you're done, you have to tap, slap and double-poke the touch pad to make it wake back up. Want to watch a video on youtube? Same thing, you have to smack the touch pad around when complete to be useful. In the time it has taken me to type this up, the thing has gone to sleep. I don't understand why they couldn't just make the keyboard wake up both itself and the touch pad, or make waking up the touch pad easier overall because I still can't figure out of poking at it or power cycling the unit or what actually wakes it up. Super annoying and NOT worth the money.

Love the scroll, right/left mouse keys, and touchpad!
I'm super picky about my keyboard. My last one was dying a slow death, so it was time for a new one. The keys are great on this one, not too flat. The scroll bar and left/right mouse in the upper left corner and the pad on the right are the icing on the cake. This keyboard in conjunction with a wrist support beanbag is a great combination.

Great functional keyboard!
Wow, great little dual-purpose keyboard. Key press feels amazing, and is incredibly quiet.Touch pad supports gestures, such as pinch for zoom, and two-fingers scrolling.All-in-all, a good purchase. My only gripe is that I wish the Function key and Control key were swapped- but I don't feel that's enough justification to remove a 'star.'

Bought new, came refurbished, keys stick and track pad is also bad.
If it were not for the negative points I would love this thing!Pros:I like the sound and feel of the keys. They are big enough, and you do not have to press hard. They are very easy to type with ( and I type a lot).I like the simple design. Looks basic, and I prefer that.Connection is super simple.Came with a batteryCons:Track pad is not usable. It skips, is mega slow, and you have to press super hard....but even then it still doesnt work properly.sometimes the keys get stuck. I have had it a week, and it happened with the L key and the 9 key. Came out, but was mega annoying since I was in the middle of work when it happened.I really really love it. And the key sticking doesn't even bother me that much, but the track pad being worthless is a deal breaker. Sadly, I cannot return it because I am stuck in Quarantine. Also why did I get a refurbished one??? Maybe that is what I bought but I did not realize that was going to happen. I need this for work which I do online every single day, so I would not have risked it for a used item.Maybe when the crisis is over I can switch it out for one that works, because I really do love it otherwise.

Spend the few extra dollars for a K400
This is the second unit I've tried, as the first one arrived DOA. For the purposes of this review I'll be comparing it to a Logitech K400 (I've used this model in a similar environment.) The construction isn't horrible, but definitely feels a little more flimsy that the K400. On the positive side, having the extra mouse features (left/right click and scroll) on the upper left is convenient. However, there's no indicator for CAPS lock, so you want to make sure you keep an eye out for that. Also, the wake from sleep mode timeout is fairly long (I had to use multitouch in a swirl pattern on the mouse pad quite a few times for the unit to wake up and respond - enter key and spacebar key would not wake it.)Recently the second unit died. I've only had this unit a few months, and it primarily sits on a keyboard shelf under my desk. Thinking it was just the port I tried the receiver on another computer and still no activity from the keyboard or mousepad. Trying to reach customer service through Amazon just gets a bounced back email saying the seller's email address is invalid. Since this is now out of the standard return window I have a keyboard-turned-paperweight.The phrase "You get what you pay for" comes to mind in this case. The K400 is roughly $5 more than the Rapoo K2800. At this point that extra $5 is money well spent for an item that has a decent track history of reliability.

Swing and a miss! EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED. Tl;dr it sucks---big time.
Disclaimer: I only write reviews if and when I feel strongly about a product. Whether it be positive or negative. so here I am.I'm sending this item back the same day I purchased it. Buy the Rii i4 mini and save yourself a headache.https://www.amazon.com/Rii-Bluetooth-Keyboard-Smartphones-Mac-Black/dp/B07T13GLY3/ref=sr_1_4?crid=BB2I9Y3AJ8TS&dchild=1&keywords=mini+keyboard+scroll+wheel&qid=1593555695&sprefix=mini+keyboard+with+sc%2Caps%2C183&sr=8-4Pros:• Scroll wheel is the main reason I bought this.• Good size.• Extra set of mouse buttons on the left side.• Driver installed no problem.Cons:• It shuts off after 2 minutes of use. I think puts itself to sleep. Put in a new battery, still the same.• It won't wake up unless you turn it off then back on.• No middle click button. Not even on the scroll wheel.• Sub par build quality. Conclusion:Yes it's cheap and yes you get what you paid for. But for $20 there are tons of smaller keyboard with better functionality, consistency in use and build quality. I will not be buying anything with the Rapoo name again.

Keys Don't Work
2 big problems with this keyboard. Speaker volume control keys don't work. Not sure if there is a switch or some way to them on or off as the instructions that came with this is pretty much worthless. The other problem is there's no light indicator that lets you know if the Capslocks is on or off. Could be a problem if you need to keyin a password, there's no way of knowing if your typing all caps or not without double checking. Other than that all the other keys seem to work very nicely, typing is easy and the keys don't make much noise, sort of a softkey touch. The touchpad works well to. I gave it only 3 stars due to the problems I listed above. I'm considering sending it back for a refund. As an update, the keyboard stopped working all together. I sent it back for a full refund
