Edit Review - The company reached out to me and offered to send me a new remote, which I gladly accepted. Since receiving the new remote my lights have worked as intended. I no longer have any issues with turning them off and on. I assume I had a bad remote or remote sensor. I have never had a company contact me after a bad review and offer to make it right, so I was thoroughly impressed. In a world of fading customer service, this company went above and beyond. I have since changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the working remote. I have these type of strip lights from another manufacture (Novostella) on 3 TV's, my bar and underneath my kitchen cabinets so I'm very familiar with them. I decided to put one on my bedroom TV and chose this one because it was cheaper. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! The lights are average when it comes to brightness, which is okay for me. The adhesive stuck to the TV with no issues. The problem is the remote control. The remote will not work if you are more than a foot away. So when I’m ready to go to sleep I have to get out of my bed and stand directly in front of the remote sensor to turn it off. The sensor is not behind the TV, so there is nothing blocking it. What’s the use of having a remote if you have to get up and put it almost directly on the sensor for it to work????? The only reason I did not return it was because I had already attached it on the TV. I should have stuck with the other manufacture, at least I know their remote works without being directly on top of the sensor. This buy was not worth the 4 bucks I saved!

These lights work fine and exactly as the listing suggests.The adhesive is mostly useless, but that's not specific to this brand.The biggest difference between this LED strip and others I've bought is this guy isn't sealed in rubber. The LEDs are on a strip of paper with wires inside, that is all. I'm not too worried about them getting damaged inside the house (since glass lightbulbs are typically fine in my house and workspace) but the composite colors like Aqua and Purple use two LEDs (so, green and blue or red and blue, respectively) and the paired LEDs are too far apart and have nothing to diffuse them together. So, instead of a strip that appears orange, this strip appears red and green but throws orangish light if you don't look straight at it.It absolutely works as described and is worth the extremely low price here. Seller is very responsive and seems to sincerely desire customer satisfaction. A+

I've ordered 3 of these to put on the frame under beds. They look great and provide a soft light. The remote works and provides various settings. However, the adhesion/stickiness of the lights is terrible (thus the 4 star). First of all, the cleaning pad to prep the surface was in a small packet. You open it, and it's completely dry. In removing the paper, most of it sticks to the inside of the packet. I added a small amount of water to it to make it moist to prep the surface and applied the lights. The lights pretty much want to fall down immediately when trying to stick them to the surface. I think the paper backing you remove has more stickiness to it than the actual lights. Once up, they look loose (you can see visible gaps where one side of the lights is starting to fall off less than a day later). I suspect it may last a couple days before parts of it fall down. So... plan to use zip ties or something else to keep these lights in place. I would still recommend the product, but be prepared to use other methods to make them "stick" to the surface.

A very simple plug-and-play kit with very bright lights. Two things to note here:1) when first plugging them in to test, I freaked out because it only has 3 colored LEDs on it (blue, green, red) and wanted more multi-colored. I quickly realized it's the Ambient glow that gives the mixed color effect (and it's seemless and perfect. If you can't see the LEDs, you wouldn't ever know).2) My TV remote sometimes sets off a different color. The remote sensor works on the same signal as your TV would, so occasionally I'll mute the TV and my room will turn green. My friends think I have it do that on purpose, it doesn't bother me, but it's worth mentioning. (that also opens up the door to use a cell phone app to be able to change the colors too)All in all, I love the product, it feels fairly good quality, the colors are very bright and vivid, it stays cooler than I first thought, and I'm buying a dozen more of these shortly.

The product I received had very good lighting and light effects. This isn't nearly as advanced as others that are a few dollars more, so I see myself upgrading very soon. I also hope that me upgrading fixes a few quality issues I had.The remote that came with the lights doesn't work very well. You have to make sure the remote is directly in front of the receiver or it won't detect anything at all. The adhesive on the edge is also stopped sticking on one side after the first couple of days. Every time I try to put it back up, it just peels right back off. Lastly, a few lights in the front as you can see in the picture are out. This may be from me accidentally bumping into them, but I still think that they should go out so easily. They went out after the first week that I put them up.Overall the lighting is good but put them in a place you will either rarely or never come in contact with to avoid messing up the very easily damaged product. 3/5P.S. The LED are sharp if your hand comes in contact with the sides. Be very careful not to scrape your hand on them. I've done it 3 times and have bled each time (Not fun).

Excellent product, just as described and the item was received remarkably fast...in less than a week!!! Love how easy it is to set up and colour combinations are endless...very happy with this purchase...awesome price too!!!

The lights came fast and work just like I wanted them too. The only issue is that it is not very sticky so it would fall. Used a little bit of tape and it works perfectly.

lights are great many different colours too pick from and lighting patrons just the glue strip wasn't that good had too use tape to get it too stick other then that it was great and came on time
