Helpful for beginners, but purchase the physical version
I purchased this book over quarantine because I wanted to practice drawing and learn a new style. This book does a great job of covering all the basics with good written descriptions as well as a variety of images. I purchased the digital version, but would recommend purchasing a physical copy if you do most of your drawing on something like an iPad. For me, I found it difficult to search through the book using the contents page. Additionally, it was difficult flipping back and forth between the books and my drawing on my iPad (but that's on me for purchasing the digital edition instead of the physical copy). Overall, this book is helpful, but I think I would prefer the physical edition as opposed to the digital edition.

Very helpful to my novice artist at home...
My 16 y/o son just started taking a drawing class in school. He loves that the book has a section on face, eyes and hair. He's happy that I purchased this book for him.

Amazing
Advice, process, creation, explanations, etc! This book has it all! Not only is this a great beginner book, it's great for older artists who might need or want to retouch on certain things. One of my favorite things about this book, though, is how it's a collaboration of different artists, and that it shows so much variety!

Excellent value and content, I'm a collage art student and bought this for my anime loving sister. I over viewed and approve of quality.

Very helpful
Learned a lot. I can’t wait to put into practice. I have an IPad Pro with pencil. I may get stuck drawing my friends and family into anime characters.

A very nicely done professional book
I have the ebook version because I wanted to use my kindle credits. Given a choice I would go for the physical copy. It's a good book and nicely designed. Would rec.

He comprado y leído un montón de libros sobre el tema y este es el mejor, cubre todo lo necesario para aprender a dibujar manga. Desde un principiante hasta una persona más experimentada, como es mi caso, este libro es igual de útil.Excelente compra.Temas que trata el libro: cabeza, cuerpo y poses. Todo explicado de una forma amena y sencilla.La única pega es que está en inglés, si tus conocimientos sobre el idioma son básicos no lo aprovecharás al máximo aunque al haber muchos dibujos y ayudas visuales lo entenderás bastante bien.

Un super livre qui explique bien comment s'y prendre. Parfait pour débuter ou perfectionner! Ça m'a beaucoup aidé surtout avec les astuces pour dessiner les formes avec les bonnes proportions. J'ai acheté la version Kindle donc je ne peux pas évaluer la qualité du livre physique en soit, mais seulement le contenu ;)

El libro trae muy buen informción pero parece estar fotografiado y no está optimizado para ser visto en ningun dispositivo, las letras son muy pequeñas y borrosas.Si estuviera bien hecho sería uno de los mejores pero terminó siendo una desición muy mala.
