This costume was A+. I'm 5'2" and weigh about 125 lbs with a somewhat larger bust. It's two separate pieces which was great for me. The top was not form-fitting but that was fine, just tuck it into the skirt. The skirt fit me honestly perfectly, no alterations necessary. It is a pretty long skirt for a short girl and I used some double-sided tape to hold up the little overalls, which was nbd (again, I'm short, so this was not unexpected). On the whole it looked super cute and was a great alternative to all the "sexy dorothy" costumes out there that I wanted to avoid.

This costume served me well to be Dorothy last Halloween. It's made decently well, though there are loose strings and the fit was odd for me with some parts a little too tight and some too loose- it was tight on the back Velcro and big on the arms, but I'm sure that's different for everyone. The color and pattern is good. I like the touch that it comes with hair ribbons, though they could be shorter. Not a bad costume for the price and I'm glad it came in a size (nearly) big enough for me.

The media could not be loaded. You will need an undershirt and slip as the material is really thin. It is two pieces. The skirt part has a zipper and the shirt part is Velcro. It’s not the best quality and the seems were not property bound. They are raw edged seems. So don’t try and wash it unless you bind those seems. For a simple costume party or event, it’s fine. I don’t know how it would hold up in theatre. I wouldn’t recommend it for long term reuse. But for what I needed it worked out fine. The straps were too long so I adjusted them. If you can do any hand stitching you can move those buttons to adjust the straps to the skirt.

This seems to run small and I already ordered a bigger size because I have a bigger chest and I am glad I did because I read some other reviews. Annoying that the back is only Velcro and kept opening every time I moved my arms.

product arrived very quickly, I'll grant the seller that! but it was far too big and the fabric is quite flimsy and synthetic, although it is a costume, so the fabric quality is not so terrible. I planned to send it back and then order a smaller size, but then it became clear that the returns are not done via Amazon (who have an arrangement with DHL where I live, so returns are at no additional cost). I did not see clearly on the product page that the fulfillment was not via amazon, so I was surprised and very disappointed! Seller did not offer any alternatives for the return. Therefore the prospect of return became far more complicated and expensive. for this reason, I did not end up sending it back and had the whole thing taken apart and resewn to make it fit properly.

First, let me say — this is NOT A DRESS. This is a poorly made top, and bibs style skirt. We ordered this for my daughter that typically wears M/L. I ordered a L. The top had cheap/flimsy/small velcro closure - if she moved her arms at all, it busted open in the back.The straps on the skirt were a mile long and unadjustable. The “buttons” on the front are only for looks, they are NOT functional buttons. The skirt itself was way longer than pictured, and seemed as if it was actually made true to size, but was attached to a waistband that was likely for a medium or small - making it impossible to zip.The material is very thin/see through.Thankfully my mother is a seamstress and was able to take apart and re-sew the entire dress.**Not posting a picture because the costume photographed was not the one received, rather a creation of my mother’s.

I did take it apart and recut the blouse part so that the blue check bib was higher on the chest, then re - sewed it back together. Still, even if you just alter it, it is a great deal. I couldn’t have purchased the fabrics or anything, for that price!

Fit well. Quality the great. I got lots of complaints. I could of made it a touch smaller because the straps kept falling. Minor issue.

Nice outfit but sizing is way off and the sleeves should be elastic they are fitted and extremely tight on forearms. I guess made in China not Canadian sizes. Ordered 2 different sizes, I give up!
